This rental was great, I'm going to rent it again in the spring. Price was right, fully outfitted with everything we needed. The host was very responsive, helpful, and appreciative on every response to us reaching out. Had a full kitchen with lots of room tom work and full complement of dishes and pans for cooking. It was a nice easy touch to have a Keurig maker with coffee pods for use, washer and dryer with detergent and fabric sheets, as well as a dishwasher with pods. Made the stay very great. Not a lot of parking but we were able to fit two cars in the driveway.

Ladies trip

Home was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The train, Jerome, and Sedona. Home was nice, well kept up and the kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, dinnerware. I would stay here again.

Birthday Retreat

My husband and I along with four of our friends stayed here for my birthday weekend. It was the perfect distance from Cottonwood, Sedona, and Jerome. The house had basic kitchen items, so we were able to use that for some of our meals along with the grill in the back. If I'm ever in the area again I would stay at the Mesquite Retreat.

Great location and property!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Brandon was great - providing easy check-in instructions and was very responsive when needed. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. It is in a prime location - away from the "hustle and bustle" but still close to it all. All 3 beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials. It was also wonderful to have access to the garage to park our vehicle during the hot summer and to store our various equipment as we had traveled to town for a softball tournament. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. Nice property. Master bed was a little firmer than what we personally prefer but the sheets were very soft. The property is well maintained, house is very clean and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Beautiful views of the surrounding area and the location is optimal.
