Terrific

Yana was an excellent and caring host. Apartment is in a prime location with access to the beach and walking path literally 2 minutes away. The apartment has stunning views and a modern layout. Great for hanging out or working.

Beautiful Views & Apartment, Yana is great Host

Absolutely stunning views to the intracoastal and ocean. I could sit on a balcony forever watching boats. Very relaxing. Beach access was only 4 min walk. Stylishly remodelled and decorated condo. Spotless clean. Kitchen fully stocked. Beds comfortable. Quiet at night. Assigned Parking in a building was a huge bonus considering Miami Beach has no parking. Yana was Awesome, hospitable and made sure I had a great stay. She went out of her way to accommodate me. Stay here, you’ll be very happy with this unit & Yana as your host.

Five stars apartment

Such a gorgeous property. Breahtaking view to the ocean and bay. Balcony has comfortable stylish furniture to enjoy the view. Beautifully remodeled and decorated. I eas happy the moment i walked in. Inmaculate and suoer clean. Prime location close to shopping, restaurants, activities. Very impressive bybthe Host, her responsiveness, comunication, attention to details, her eagerness to make sure my family had a great stay makes her a super host. Beach was a shortb4 m walk riight across the street. Kitchen and overall unit had everything for a confortable stay.the assigned parking im the garage was suoer convenient. Check in and out instructions where very clear. I highly recommend this property and host to everyone. Definitely five stars.
