Such a cute little house! Perfect for puppy dogs to enjoy there time as well fenced in yard and a little agility course down the road! Sabine was a great communicator and responded promptly. Super close to red rocks south entrance over all great experience next we are bringing our corgis!
Sabine and Mr Randy were amazing to meet and were there when we had questions! The property was breath taking and grounds were enchanting. I’ll for sure be back and stay longer next time, thank you for everything!
What an adorable little home! The perfect getaway for a couple. The garden is spectacular!! Our host was gracious and hospitable but completely respectful of our privacy. The 10 rating is not by accident. We give an 11!
What a great place located by everything great in Downtown Morrison including Red Rocks! Hosts were very kind and accomodating. The place is so unique/artistic and the yard space is huge! My dogs were in heaven and we enjoyed the beautiful garden that sourrounds everything. We meesaged the host to extend our checkout time so we could go downtown for breakfast, since no one was renting the next night Sabine told us to enjoy & take all the time we needed. Thankyou!
The perfect stay. This little home & yard will delight you and your senses . It is beautifully curated with gorgeous art , furniture , natural surroundings, and soft natural light. This gem is all about the details & not one is missed here. The bathroom & kitchen are top notch with amazing appliances and are both stocked with all you would need , just bring food! Don't want to cook , Morrison is full of lovely little cafés & shopping . Wanna do Red Rocks , you are literally at her front door . You can tell Sabine & Randy put so much love into this sanctuary . They were such kind and gracious hosts , we instantly felt welcomed & cared for . The property is very easy to get to . Check in & check out was a breeze.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
I always rate 5 stars as I feel like this is just my opinion.Pros: Sabine was superbly friendly and communicative. The home was clean, updated and cute, with a precious garden/backyard. They accepted dogs, which was the main reason I selected. If you're going to Red Rocks, it is literally right down the road. Super cute towns, great food, and lots of hikes nearby. She had a lot of extra goodies provided.Cons: * I was here in August and there is no A/C and it was hot. Thus you need to leave windows open, which didn't make me feel safe as a single female. Also without leaving the doors open, you didn't get enough airflow. I suggest they stock the house with a couple standing fans.* When you pull onto the short gravel road, you are in a small, very close set commune of sorts. So that felt a little strange. As there are windows without any covering, I felt like I was in a glass bowl, especially the shower windows which I blocked with towels. Please consider covering those. * The water isn't potable, so they provide you with a large glass jug of water.* with all the fees it came to 475 for one night and I think that was double what my experience was (comparing 15 years of rentals around the world.)In short, I think the place was nice and had personality, just too expensive for the experience. Thank you for your hospitality.

Thank you Christina for your review and the kind words about our communication, the property's cleanliness, and our garden. I'm glad you found the location convenient for Red Rocks and enjoyed the local area.
I'd like to address the concerns you raised:
Air Conditioning & Ventilation: You're absolutely right about August heat being challenging. We've since added additional fans and a window air-condition unit.
Privacy & Window Coverings: The front rooms do have blinds, and we've since added coverings to the bathroom window. We're located in an extremely safe neighborhood where neighbors look out for each other. We usually do not look cars nor the front door.
Water Quality: We provide Colorado Springs water, which is actually considered some of the world's finest mountain spring water. Like most homes outside Morrison, we're on well water rather than city water.
Neighborhood Setting: We're in an extremely safe, quiet neighborhood where neighbors look out for each other - including a single mother with two children next door and serval single women across the street. We encourage guests to reach out with any questions during their stay, as we're always happy to provide local context and address concerns immediately.
Your feedback helps us improve, and we're grateful for guests like you who take the time to share constructive thoughts. Thank you for choosing our property despite some challenges!
Warm regards, Sabin
