About this property

This home is gated and fenced in on an acre of land. Enjoy sunrise on the large front porch and sunsets on a screened in back porch and outdoor seating also. Excellent closet space in each bedroom. Beautiful kitchen, washer and dryer and new TV. Easy commute if attending or showing at the Round Top Antiques Fair. Less than one hour drive to College Station, Texas! Many very good restaurants are only minutes away in the historic town of Brenham! The entrance gate is on Choctaw Road. There is a key pad on the white fence. The code will be given after booking. The gate will automatically close after 30 seconds. A lock box is on the second door on the screen porch in the back. Remember to put the key back before leaving. Checkout time is 11:00 AM and check in is at 2:00 PM. The rent house is located directly behind the larger home at 2685 Old Mill Creek Road Brenham, Texas 77833. The house is on top of a hill which is why the driveway gate is at the back of the property!

Annual Antiquing Adventure

My sisters and daughter visit the Round Top area every year to participate in antiques week. We enjoy the flexibility of a home because of space and kitchen accommodations. Patrick’s house was lovely and comfortable. With several women, the 2 1/2 baths was a definite plus! We really enjoyed the (faux) crackling fire on cool evenings!

Wonderful!

Loved our stay here. The property and grounds are absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location. The guesthouse is above and beyond what we expected. Decorated so nicely and it was a perfect home. I got to speak to the property owner and he was such a nice man. This was one of my favorite VRBO stays to date. We will definitely rent again when we are back to Brenham.

Convenient Location in the Country

If you are looking for a place to stay with peace and quiet, but close to all the things (Downtown Brenham, and surrounding towns) this is the perfect place. Our family of 5 adults had plenty of space. The home was stocked with everything you need and very clean. There was also plenty of outdoor seating for enjoying the countryside view. Patrick was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We hope to return next year! Highly recommend!
