About this property

An awesome townhome just a short walk or bike ride to the best beaches on the island. 2BR 1.5 bath with a huge pool surrounded by majestic oak trees. Pool is right out back door. Pool house with magnetic darts, Ping Pong table, and Corn Hole. Quartz countertops, Carrera marble backsplash, under cabinet LED lighting. Completely remodeled and updated with a gorgeous walk in the shower. Other items available are a twin blow up matress and a queen pull out sofa. If you have little ones, there are toys in the closet and a portable high chair and a gate to block the upstairs if needed. Relaxing porch fully furnished with a gas grill.Pets considered. Walking distance to beach, pier, shopping, restaurants and more! I strive to make your visit an awesome experience. Each guest receives a gift upon arrival. Located midway to East Beach and the other way to the pier and lighthouse. Very quiet. Comfortable and well appointed townhome. Perfect for our needs

Loved our stay

Great hosts! Had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable and a great location to get to East Beach and the village/pier. Just a note for future renters, washer and dryers are in pool house so you have to bring quarters. Pool house is only a few steps from back entrance though.

I love this neighborhood. It is a short walk or drive to the beach. The pool is also right out the back door. It is a convenient location to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

This unit is one of the nicest ones in the complex. Everything is new and redecorated. It has awesome amenities. Child friendly. Games, toys, pool, ping pong table, corn hole set, large TVs, walk in shower, great entertaining area around the bar and most of the new outside furniture and NEW GRILL!!!
