Perfect getaway condo! New carpet, dishwasher and stove. Tucked away in the desirable Ocean Walk condo complex, quiet and private with walkout patio to beautiful lawn and shade trees. Easy five minute walk to the beach and The Village. Ocean Walk has tons of amenities! Two pools (one heated), two tennis courts, club house with fitness center, inside and outside ping-pong tables, rope swing, corn-hole, playground, dog run, park-like setting with many outside seating areas and a beautiful fishing pond. There is a spacious master suite with king-size bed and full bath, the second bedroom has bunk-beds with a twin over double and an additional twin bed, there is also a second full bathroom. Comfortable living room, kitchen, washer & dryer, dining room and quiet patio and grass area. All linens and beach towels provided, two beach chairs. YouTube TV. The perfect place to get away, relax and enjoy Saint Simons Island!
