The Neighborhood:
This is an amazing beach house, just 300 steps from the ocean. You'll want for nothing during your stay as this property is outfitted with serval amenities - a shared, communal Weber BBQ grill, body boards, beach towels, beach chairs & toys, and hammocks set up for your enjoyment.

We are located directly across from the Fort Pierce Inlet State Park, on the north side of the inlet, which is a surfer's paradise. As you head toward the beach, you will walk down a path made of coquina shells that traverses a pristine dune ecosystem.

Our streets are bike and scooter friendly. Downtown is a short car ride away for loads of dining, nightlife, and attractions. Outside of the beaches, there is plenty to do including aquariums, museums, and shopping. Fort Pierce is 15 minutes away on the mainland, and it's known as the Sunrise City. It is one of the oldest communities on the east coast of Florida and features many historical landmarks.

The downtown area has many locally owned restaurants, shops, live music venues, and a famous farmer's market that occurs each Saturday - 70+ vendors, food, and live music right on the water!

Getting Around:
Parking at the property is easy and guests can park up to 2 cars for free at the backside of the property. It is an area easy to get Ubers or Lyfts if you need to grab a rideshare. The streets are very bike and scooter friendly as well.

We are located directly across from the Fort Pierce Inlet State Park, on the north side of the inlet, which is a surfer's paradise. Our home offers a fully stocked kitchen, indoor and outdoor games, plenty of room for gathering, and accommodating outdoor spaces.

-Early checkin and late checkout requests are upon approval and will be assessed a small convenience fee
- Approval is required for adding more guests than the maximum allowed, with an additional charge of $50 per additional guest per night.
- Please note we have 2 upstairs units that require guests to utilize the stairs for access
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras located in the upstairs, downstairs, and parking lot areas. The cameras are outward-facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion.
- We are a pet friendly property - upon approval.
