Getting There
Ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. Inquire about gravel roads if concerned as the road conditions can change. Just 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and a half day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas and Arkansas you have great access for families to connect and gather. International airport is in Kansas City and regional airports are available in Columbia and Springfield.

Great location- easy to get to restaurants by lake or by land. Great dock in a quiet calm cove. House is small but very updated and clean. Very comfortable for our group of four. Communication with Property manager was easy and questions were answered quickly. Would stay here again!

Fun Girls Weekend

Great house with everything you need to make a weekend at the lake memorable. Nice cove and great dock for swimming! Parking is tight but not impossible.

Great location for what we were wanting. House could use a coat of interior paint. Front door was pretty well caked in dirt (not the best first impression). And found a used Q-tip in the master bedroom. Having said all this, I’d still recommend this house. Great dock (though outlets were all in use by the owner) and space fo our rental boat.

We enjoyed a quiet weekend fishing and joking around. Place was really easy to get to. Not the best fishing, but catfish and perch/bluegill were biting and caught plenty.

No wasted space!

Small, but very well utilized space! We enjoy outside activities more than sitting inside and this place was perfect for that. Dock was great and the house was nice and, as stated before, the layout made it perfectly usable! Would recommend!

Off season stay

The lake and dock were beautiful, beds were comfortable. Was smaller then it looked online and parking was difficult but that isn’t the owners fault . We were a little disappointed that the screen door didn’t work so we couldn’t keep the door open, and the fridge at the dock was full of exploded pops. Location was convenient and close to what we wanted to do . Overall a very nice place to stay and owner let us check in early so we could put our daughter down for a nap which was amazing and so helpful. Decorated cute and left us a welcome bag that was so nice ! Would stay here again !
