Our spacious and modern 1500 sqft daylight walkout basement home is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Kennydale in Renton. In the bedrooms you'll find three heavenly Queen size, 14-Inch Memory Foam mattresses that offer a balance of cushion and support. Each room has black-out curtains, down comforters with plush bed sheets that will allow you to relax and feel revived. The living-room offers a space to gather and play one of the many board games or stream your favorite movies and shows on the 55-inch Samsung Smart TV. The Smart TV has Roku features such as Netflix, YouTube, Prime and other options. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a walk-in pantry. This space is the heart of the home. Spend quality time in the large dining space that overlooks the surrounds of the lush greenery of the backyard. During the warmer months, enjoy the outdoor living space and patio furniture. After a long day, unwind and relax in the marble surround, tranquil, stand-up rain shower. Enjoy working from home with a dedicated workspace with our free wireless high-speed internet. We also provide an ensuite washer and dryer for your convenience.

The accommodations were well appointed, clean, and inviting. The beds were comfy, and we enjoyed the washer/dryer in unit. Although I overlooked the fact that there was no stove or oven, there were plenty of appliances in the pantry to make up for it (i.e. air fryer, toaster oven, portable glass cooktop, rice maker, etc..). We stayed for an event at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington and it was a quick, easy drive. The host was kind and very responsive, and if we have a need in the future, we would stay here again!
