Esta ubicación más buscada en el complejo es una unidad de esquina en la planta baja que ofrece privacidad y a solo 10 pasos de una de las dos playas casi privadas, donde puede encontrarse solo.(Tenga en cuenta que las playas están sujetas a la erosión de las mareas). Hay dos enormes árboles de sombra arriba para cuando esa quemadura solar atrae a un lugar sombreado para disfrutar de vistas panorámicas del océano con Lanai y Molokai en el fondo.
Se proporcionan sillas de playa, toallas y equipo de snorkel si desea nadar con las tortugas alimentándose a la orilla del agua. Por favor, no los toque, ya que nos gustaría que regresen cada día. Beach Front

Very peaceful and relaxing stay. Small beach just 30 feet from your patio, with a great big shade tree to relax under to enjoy the sea breeze and view of sunset.

You cannot beat the close proximity to the beach.. literally steps away. Property was well kept. Condo was well stocked. Owner was helpful and friendly. We would go back in a heartbeat

Relaxing ocean view

Perfect location for the relaxing vacation we wanted. The property was beautiful, the views cannot be beat. Sea turtles right on the beach steps from the unit. The condo was clean and well supplied. Many restaurants close by.

Amazing all around

John and his wife are amazing people! I'll start with the basics. The condo was clean and very well appointed. Everything you would need to make your vacation fun and comfortable, we had guests in other rooms jealous of our water toys. The location is unbeatable! Just steps away from a small but perfect beach with amazing waves (can be heard from the bedroom). No turtles came on the beach itself, but we saw many from the lanai, and walking the grounds (which are beautiful). Now to the good stuff (sorry if it gets long). We got to the condo about 30 minutes before the fire in Lahaina started and we had not gone to the grocery store before we got there. So, no power and no food, panic set in. John called the next morning to check if we were ok and we let him know of our situation. He did not hesitate to let us have access to some food they had in the condo and expressed the utmost concern and love. Might be a little dramatic but this literally saved my life as I'm a diabetic and really needed to eat. His wife also called the next day to confirm we were ok. Ty, the property manager also came through in a big way and gave me a box of protein bars to keep me feed till we could go to town to get some basics. The entire staff at the complex was amazing! Helpful in just being decent humans taking care of others and keeping us updated when they could. When West Maui recovers we will be going back and will be staying in this condo again. Mahalo!

Wonderful View!

My wife and I had an amazing 10 days for our 31st anniversary! The condo is quiet, seems recently remodeled, and has everything we needed in the kitchen and for the bbq. The foam-top bed was extremely comfortable, the reclining sofas were also comfortable, and the shower had very strong water pressure. It can get warm and humid in Maui, but the front door had a metal locking screen that allowed the trade winds to blow through the house, and that combined with the fans and water 20 steps from the back door kept us cool most of the time. At night, the bedroom air conditioning kept the room very cool and the white noise was soothing. But the BEST part about this condo was the location! It’s a corner unit and very private as there’s no beach access from the road. We loved sitting on the lanai to hear the waves or watch the sunset. We also snorkeled off the small beach directly in front of the back door, and saw 4-5 turtles every time (apparently this is a turtle habitat)! Several timeshare guests told me we had the premiere location, and we agreed! We also felt that this is the best part of the island! 7 minutes from Kapalua Bay where there is a beach trail, lots of sand, amazing snorkeling, and you can rent kayaks and paddle boards! 10 minutes from Honolua Bay, the best snorkeling spot on Maui, where the boat tours go. 5 minutes from Kaanapali, with shopping and restaurants. The beach chairs and umbrella were definitely nice to have! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Paradise

Inside appears new with well-equipped kitchen. The view from the lanai was nothing short of spectacular. The turtles were there every day and we were mesmerized.

Beautiful patio view

The property is very nice and peaceful. The pool is great and the landscaping is beautiful. The view from the patio, especially at sunset, is great! The beach access is located near this unit so it was a little busy outside at times near our patio with guests heading to the water. The ac in the bedroom is a little loud when it’s on at night but works very well to make the room comfortable. The rest of the unit doesn’t have ac. The breeze from the patio makes the living room area comfortable but the bathroom got a little muggy at times. Having the beach chairs and other beach toys available for our use was very helpful. The location is nice with good snorkeling nearby and the easy drive to Front St for shopping and dining options. We enjoyed our stay.

Quality condo

My experience at this condo matches many of the earlier reviews. The condo itself is very practical. It was very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked and organized. The corner unit ground-floor had great access to the front lawn and a great view of the ocean. It had perfect waves for paddle borders as there were many out front, mostly in the mornings. The beach chairs and umbrella were used quite a lot. John was very accessible during the whole process of renting and our stay. Will definitely stay in this unit if and when we return to the island. Thanks John

Amazing spot in Paradise

Why would I stay in a fancy resort when I could stay about 20yds from turtles on a beach, and ocean waves. The view is totally breath taking. Me and my wife ate outside for all our meals when at the unit. I seen a pregnant lady go snorkeling with a partner, and surfer go surfing right behind the unit. John is the best host so I wouldn't hesitate when booking this unit.

Absolute Paradise

This place is absolutely perfect! Literally steps from the beach and front row seats to Maui's gorgeous sunsets. Close to eating, shopping, and everything you need. The place was spotless, comfy, and well stocked with everything we needed. The owner was very helpful with recommendations and making sure we got settled in alright. Couldn't have picked a better place!

Amazing turtle and sunset viewing spot!

We loved this place! The location could not be any better. Snorkeling out there was perfect…literally surrounded by turtles. The sunsets are magical. The place is quiet and also has a great swimming beach. Parking is ample. Love love loved it and we will definitely be back!

Perfect Maui Escape

Location, location, location. Quiet neighborhood with direct beachfront access to sandy, swimmable beach with daily turtle sightings. Unit itself was just as advertised, can’t go wrong with a stay here.

Beautiful Views

We had a fantastic week visiting Maui and staying at John’s property! Our condo was just steps from the ocean with a great view of sunrise and sunset. We saw a turtle our first evening here! The condo has everything we could’ve needed from beach towels to pool noodles to pots and pans. John also checked on us. The location is within walking distance to a lot or just a short drive to other things. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I'd recommend this condo to anyone visiting Maui. Beach access within 10 steps. The snorkeling here was better than what we experienced at molokini crater. More sea turtles than you can count

Cozy Maui Condo

We had an excellent stay at the Kuleane! The unit is just as advertised. It is well stocked, very comfortable, with a view that can’t be beat. We had a great time swimming at the uncrowned beach, saw lots of turtles, and enjoyed our meals on the lanai while watching the sunset each night. Mahalo for an excellent stay!

Fantastic view and location!

The condo was perfect for my husband and I. The AC unit kept things cool but we didn't need it during the day if we kept the blinds closed. Having the slider open in the afternoon evening brought in the ocean breeze because you are right on the beach! The photos are accurate as to how close you are to the beach. While it is private to the complex, it is not private to your unit but we had it all to ourselves in the mornings and evenings. The owners were attentive and responded immediately. We will definately be back.

Great location but needs a little tlc

Can't beat the location but unit definitely needs a deep clean. AC is only in bedroom and found it too loud to be able to sleep with it on. Unfortunately wouldn't return. But the neighborhood is great.

Steps from the beach on Maui’s West Side!

The stay was magical and John’s property was perfect. Ground floor allowed us to step out the back slider, and walk 50 yards to the water! Perfect sandy bottom beach for swimming and coral to the right for snorkeling. Saw turtles every day. Condo is clean, and well equipped. Beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, snorkel gear were all present. Kitchen had all the essentials, except sugar packets. Coffee maker, grinder, filters, a blender, dishwasher, ice maker in the fridge were all appreciated. A/C in the bedroom was nice to get things cooled off a bit, but the breeze and ceiling fans were really enough. Wifi was stable and fast. Shower had great water pressure. Would definitely return here to stay. Thank you John and Val.

An amazing 1st Maui experience!

We have been back a day and a half now and we cannot stop talking about our time in Maui and looking at all the pictures we took. We loved using this condo. It was just what we hoped for and more. The view, waves, sunsets, snorkeling, the morning coffee on the lanai - it was all amazing. The unit was perfectly stocked and comfortable. We always loved coming back after an adventure… or there were even times we chose not to go on an adventure because staying at the unit was better! We have already recommended this unit to family and friends, and hope to come back again sometime soon.

Val and john have lived at kuleana for 13 years. We cannot imagine a more relaxing setting to enjoy a glass of wine each evening as we watch the sun set over our neighbor islands.
We are surrounded by world class dining, shopping, golf and countless activities and feel blessed to call this home.

Perfect place to watch the turtles everyday and in season ,Humpback whales breaching or maybe a pod of Spinner Dolphins passing by.
