En una ubicación encantadora a solo 7 millas / 12 km del centro de Florencia, alquiler de casa de campo con entrada independiente, baño de diseño maravilloso con amplia ducha, cocina nueva con lavavajillas, 4 quemadores de gas, horno eléctrico - bóvedas de terracota. A la derecha de la entrada hay un primer dormitorio grande con cama doble, chimenea y vestidor. Desde la entrada, 15 sencillos escalones conducen a un segundo dormitorio con cama doble. Muebles toscanos.

Tranquilidad y belleza del paisaje garantizado.
El espacio exterior y el jardín rodean la propiedad. Hamacas, sillas y mesas disponibles.

En 10 minutos a pie - 1. 2 millas / 800 metros en coche se encuentra el pueblo de Villamagna que cuenta con: iglesia románica, el 'Circolo' abierto los sábados y domingos por la noche para pizzas y primeros platos (excelentes precios), y otro Muy buen restaurante con cocina toscana.
En otros 10 minutos a pie - 1. 2 millas / 800 metros en automóvil - se encuentra el pueblo de 'Case di San Romolo' con una tienda abierta por la mañana hasta la 1:00 p.m., donde es posible comprar comestibles que incluyen pan fresco .
En otros 10 minutos en coche, uno llega a la ciudad más grande 'Bagno a Ripoli' que ofrece un supermercado llamado COOP con pan fresco, carne, ¡lo que necesitas!

Alrededor hay senderos que llevan a hermosas colinas con olivos, pequeñas iglesias y pueblos.

Violetta is a wonderful, kind person. She provided excellent suggestions on local restaurants, sightseeing destinations and parking. This property is a great starting point to explore Florence and Tuscany. My wife and I stayed in this apartment and our daughter stayed in an adjacent studio apartment in the farmhouse. Beautiful grounds with great views of the countryside and Florence.

Perfect Spot for a Relaxing Getaway

We had a wonderful stay on Violetta’s property, just as expected based on all of her amazing reviews. Even during the hot days, the villa stayed cool and comfortable. The bed was cozy, the shower was great, and the space had so much charm. The view from the bedroom was absolutely breathtaking. We had the pleasure of meeting a lovely German couple and a friendly American family who were also staying on the property when we arrived, and we all shared a meal and chatted. It was lovely. We brought home some of Violetta’s own olive oil as a keepsake. Overall, it was a beautiful and comfortable stay. Thank you, Violetta!

Amazing rental with an even better host

It was our 20th anniversary trip. This place made the vacation. Violetta is an incredible host and I’m proud to call her part of the family now. The small village that the house is in is great. It has a small coffee shop that is great for breakfast or even a glass (or bottle) of wine. There is an absolutely wonderful restaurant very close. Violetta can set you up with a reservation. You will need a car here. Florence is only a short drive away as well as all the great medieval towns like Luca and Siena. I can not say enough about the location and the host. You will not be disappointed at all. The first drive in is a bit of a learning curve but after that it will become second nature. Enjoy sitting outside after a long day of exploring and watch the sunset over the Florence skyline while having a glass of wine. Paradise.

From the view of Florence in the distance, to the Olive Grove right on property (and yes, Violetta presses her own brand of Olive Oil… OLIVIO), this Tuscan Retreat was everything we hoped it would be… quiet, peaceful, elegantly rustic, and breathtakingly beautiful. If you’re hesitating… don’t.

Beautiful stay!

My husband and I stayed here for part of our honeymoon and had the most amazing time! Location is beautiful, with stunning views of the Tuscan hills and Florence below. Drive to Florence is about 25 minutes. The property itself was very charming, with plenty of outdoor seating to take in the scenery. Can’t recommend enough!

Beautiful stay in the Tuscan hills

We loved the peace and quiet of this stay and the quaint farmhouse apartment. The small village a mile away was awesome with great steak and deli/bar. We wish we were still at this home watching the sunset over Florence. Violetta was so nice and accommodating. I would definitely go back!!!

Wenn man dem Trubel in Florenz abends entfliehen will, findet man hier ein ruhiges, vollausgestattetes Quartier in fantastischer, ruhiger Lage, umgeben von viel Grün und mit toller Aussicht. Peaceful Retreat!

A delightful blend of the old and the new! Just outside our door was a lovely garden filled with roses and flowers and stunning views of Florence in the distance. Surrounding the garden on a terrace below was a beautiful olive grove. It served as our peaceful retreat after exploring Florence, Pisa, or enjoying a day of wine tasting in the Tuscan countryside. Our host was incredibly kind and accommodating. We loved every moment of our stay!

Amazing place in the quiet hills of Firenze!

We spent 3 nights here recently at the end of October and were spoiled with the views, the perfect weather, and an amazing host. We loved staying here! We even bought some delicious homemade olive oil from the host. The drive to and from the property is indeed interesting with the narrow roads, so be sure to rent a small car and drive slow. But once you get there, you'll love everything about it. It's charming, a bit rustic but with modern updates, amazing views, and an awesome host. Thanks for the stay! (Grant and Kate)

Es ist wie es ist

Ich war jetzt zum zweiten Mal in Folge in der Villa Violetta und es wird sicher nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein. Es bleibt ein herrlicher, zentral gelegener Ausgangspunkt, um einerseits die Toskana zu erkunden und andererseits bleibt man auch gern dort um sich von den Entdeckungsreisen ins Umland auszuruhen. Ein Ort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Auf Violetta ist in allen Belangen Verlass, eine zugewandte und liebevolle Gastgeberin.

Wunderschönes Landgut mit Blick auf Florenz

Es waren wundervolle und entspannte Tage bei Violetta. Die Aussicht, welche wir vom Garten & der Terrasse aus auf die Olivenhaine & Florenz hatten, war so atemberaubend schön, dass man es kaum in Worte fassen kann. Das Haus war perfekt eingerichtet & liebevoll dekoriert. Violetta besitzt eine so liebenswerte Art, dass man sich sehr willkommen & wohl fühlt. Besonders Ihre Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung und nach Florenz waren sehr hilfreich. Und die frischen Feigen & Tomaten aus ihrem Garten ... sehr köstlich. Wir hatten abends ab und zu gekocht, da die Küche wirklich alles besitzt, was man zum Kochen braucht. Aber ebenso konnten wir eine sehr gute Trattoria fußläufig mit einem kleinen Spaziergang erreichen. Wir werden sehr gern wiederkommen :))

Traumhaft schön

Die Villa ist in einem absolut beanstandungsfreien Zustand. Deren Lage eignet sich perfekt dazu, Florenz und die Toskana näher zu erkunden. Allerdings wird man damit dem Charme der Villa nicht gerecht, die einfach auch dazu einlädt, hier die 'Seele baumeln zu lassen'.

Traumhafte Toskana

Die grandiose Aussicht auf Florenz kann man direkt von der Wohnung und dem Sitzplatz davor aus genießen. Da das Haus ca. 300m über Florenz liegt, weht meist ein kühlendes Lüftchen, was den Aufenthalt auch in der Sommerhitze erträglich macht. Die Wohnung ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung von Florenz, denn man erreicht mit dem Auto in weniger als 30 Min. die Stadt. Die Fahrt ist zwar z.T. kurvig über engere Strassen, aber das war für uns kein Problem. Die Ausstattung von Wohnung und Küche ist in Ordnung, man kann auch im Sommer gut schlafen, denn die Betten sind gut, das untere Schlafzimmer ist kühl und das obere hat eine Klimaanlage. Ein großes Plus: Die Vermieterin spricht fließend Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch, sie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, stets bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten, gab uns tolle Tipps z.B. für Besichtigungen, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, bot uns Mirabellen und Zucchini aus ihrem Garten an, sogar eigenes Olivenöl. Kurz und gut: Wir haben dort mehr als 2 traumhafte Wochen verbracht und würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren. Einschränkungen wegen der Pandemie waren außer der Maskenpflicht nicht spürbar, im Gegenteil: Florenz, auch die anderen Toskanastädte und Museen waren ungewohnt leer.

What a view

We loved staying in Violetta’s house, she was so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The house is very well equipped and comfortable. We loved Florence and could see the Duomo from the house. Lovely sunsets and loads of stars at night made this a very enjoyable few days. Would love to return one day. Thanks Violetta.

Peaceful stay

We loved it here, a lovely rural setting with fabulous views over Florence. Surrounded by nature but a short drive only to the city. Lovely accommodation, thoughtfully designed with everything we needed. Nice outdoor seating areas to watch the sun go down, or have meals and drinks. Violetta was fabulous, helpful, friendly, with lots of great ideas about where to go. Always available but unobtrusive. A fabulous stay, one we hope to repeat one day.

I live 12 km away from Florence, on top of a hill surrounded by olive trees with a stunning view of the dome of Florence.
I grow my vegetable garden and enjoy making jams.
I like hiking and attending exhibits and cinemas.

I rent part of the house where I live - There are separate entrances.

My parents bought it in 1986. I came to live here in 2012 because I fell in love with the view ... which is breathtaking.
I have always loved nature ... now I grow my vegetable garden, prepare my jams and harvest olives to produce my own extra virgin olive oil!

It's unique for the view of countryside and of Florence. One lives out in the country yet at only 20 minutes' drive to the city.
There is also public transportation available. The bus stop is just out of the property. Recommended only for people with patience:-)
