Additional Guest Fees after booking:
Please note that in order enter the gated community, Arrowhead charges additional rental fees. This grants you temporary membership and allows you to take advantage of all the amenities Arrowhead Lake has to offer.

Please ensure you have the correct number of guests listed under your reservation. This fee must be submitted by the owner on a renter's behalf per community regulations and will be charged upon confirmation of booking. You will be provided with QR codes for each vehicle which can be used to access all community amenities.

★ COMMUNITY ACCESS INCLUDED ★
Great news! Your nightly rate now includes ALL Arrowhead Lake community fees - no additional charges after booking!
We handle all the community registration and fees on your behalf. After booking, you'll receive a simple Google form to provide the required guest and vehicle information for community registration. The day before arrival you'll receive a welcome package with QR codes for vehicle access and temporary membership to all community amenities including the lake, beaches, and recreational facilities.
Everything is streamlined so you can simply arrive and enjoy your stay!

★ You may enter the community the day of arrival at any time to use the amenities, but the house will not be available until 4pm.

Other things to note

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. If we find an unauthorized pet in the house, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charge an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS/FIREWORKS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

We provide a starter set of essential toiletries to make your arrival as smooth as possible. Please be prepared to bring any additional supplies you will need throughout the stay.
