Our home tells a tale of nostalgic memory for all guests.


Paying attention to the uniformity of the interiors, making sure that all amenities are clean, and maintained to standard that guests appreciate for a time away from home.


We boast of a fully stocked kitchen, a view of the lake, bay and beach from some rooms. Hot Tub to soak in (at resort), fire pit, clean linens, other club amenity includes lazy river, infinity pool, restaurant, bar, etc

TVs KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, tile backsplash, drip coffee maker, dishwater & silverware, glasses, breakfast bar

GENERAL: Linens & towels provided, washer/dryer, access only by stairs, beach towels, umbrella & chairs FAQ: 1 exterior security camera (facing the driveway), stairs required

BEACH CLUB AMENITIES: Pools, hot tub, lazy river, on-site restaurant (see hours of operation below) (there's one-time $25 - 4 years and up - fees per person if you choose to use the amenities upon arrival)

PARKING: Driveway (2 vehicles), free street parking (first-come, first-serve).

RESTAURANT HOURS: According to management, the restaurant's hours will be Thursday through Saturday, from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.  The restaurant will be closed on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Regular business operations will resume on May 1st, with hours running from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday.  Sunday they will be open from 11 am - 6 pm., while remaining closed on Mondays.

House is very nice, clean and in a nice community. Owner very responsive. The pool is a drive away or a long walk. The trash was full outside upon our arrival and was stinky but trash comes on Mondays. And there was only one TV in master and 1 in living room, which my spoiled boys did not like but overall very nice and will equiped!

Great place to stay

It was very clean. My family had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay at the beach. I would highly recommend staying here. The only thing missing were some baking sheets and the mattress on the fold out couch needs to be replaced.

Needed Attention

First of all, the kitchen is on the top floor, which means lugging all of the groceries up 2 flights of stairs. Secondly, there were no clean sheets for the murphy bed or sofa bed, and they were not readily available. Hopefully that will be taken care of. Lastly-unfortunately for us- the a/c went out, but the manager was able to get someone to come fix it.

Great Get Away

The home is lovely -- one note is that amenities noted must be paid for - $25/per person and THe Beach Club is very strict with regard to admittance without your arm band. THere is a $25/charge for any replacement bands, unless you have the old wristband to turn in.

Good Place

Good place for active family. If you have any older family members, there are interior stairs to consider. Generally clean but not as clean as a 295 cleaning fee would warrant. Beds were not super comfortable but living space and kitchen were great. We love staying in this area of the island and have been doing for years. This place was on par with other properties in the area. We would stay here again.

Beautiful location- comfortable stay

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at this home. Comfortable place for up to 8 people. Beds are very firm so some of our group had poor sleeps. Beautiful decks with comfortable furniture on the decks. Only one tea towel for doing dishes. Asked for more but never received this. For those who are checking in- please note this went well but there was never any clarity on the fact that you would need to go to the organization offices to get parking passes and to pay the extra. Money to allow you to have access to the pools and club house. I gave lower score for cleanliness because when we arrived there were crumbs on the table and dust bunnies on the floors in some of the rooms. There were dishes for 5 people- not sure there would have been enough for 8 people. Lovely easy walk to beach!

Family Beach Memories

Nice home! All of us read reviews before coming and knew some of the extras too bring just in case. For example Tee/cup towel there was still only one. Outside trash bags is one I would recommend along with fly and mosquito repellent, outside trash cans were overflowing with flies and ants all over. Apparently trash was missed due to holiday however neighbors on both sides had empty trash cans that were sitting out on driveway. Beach was a 3 minute walk however get ready for more steps on both sides. I would recommend wearing a cheep pair shoes to go the beach there were pieces of tar/oil in the sand & seaweed and due to the heat would get all over your feet. Overall we had a good time and made some good memories!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND POOL accommodations. Didn’t find that out until after the fact you have to drive to that location not convenient at all MORE STEPS and lots of them. We were told by security that we had to have armbands on before we looked around so we went in and got them. When walking around we found that the bar, restaurant and gift shop were under renovations still. We then found out that you had to drive another mile down the road for the lazy River and other pool. When getting there they had a pool but don’t expect a lazy River like the picture you will be highly disappointed. Again no restaurant or drink facility so plan on taking everything with you if you get thirsty. Needless to say we did not do any of there pool accommodations.

Not impressed with stay!

I'll start this by saying that between the 3 couples who stayed at this house, we have rented multiple vrbos in the past, so this is not our normal experience. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness. The bathtubs in the two smaller bedrooms did not look clean. The bathroom floor in the middle room was dirty, I dropped my mascara on the floor and it rolled under the bathroom vanity, when I grabbed it, I also grabbed with a handful of dirt. Also, in the middle bedroom, there was a brown crusty spot right above where the toilet paper roll holder is placed. That same bedroom also got very hot if you shut the door. Speaking of shutting doors...the master bedroom door would not shut completely. When we pulled the bedcovers back in the first bedroom, they appeared to have not been changed as it looked like loose pubic hair on the sheets. The house was also very hot when we first got there and took hours to cool down. After we checked in I got another invoice for wrist bands that we did not want but also an email saying we needed to go pick up parking passes. It would have been nice to know that we had to get parking passes before we checked in and not after the fact, that was just a mild inconvenience since we had to go look for the office and it was quite a way down the road and not in the same little neighborhood, we stayed in. The kitchen was not very well stocked with dishes to cook with and thankfully they had a washer and dryer because they did not supply but two bath towels and two beach towels per room, it was not a sufficient amount for the number of days and people we had at the house. And yes, we did list we had 6 people. The house was really pretty, and the renter did leave us a nice little note to say welcome and the neighborhood and beach was beautiful. It was too bad that the house had not been properly cleaned.

Joanna, thanks for staying with us. We are sorry you didn't enjoy your visit. - We're sorry the floors weren't as clean as they should've been during your visit. We have replaced our carpet with luxury vinyl flooring. This will make it easier to spot and clean dirty surfaces next time. - Using the clubhouse and the amenities is voluntary. We proactively register so you will not be turned away when you get there. Unfortunately, we don’t have control over why or when their rules change. In the meantime, we will address those concerns so that the next guest will have a smoother experience. - We usually provide enough towels to accommodate the guests throughout the entire visit. We can see why this would be an issue if there are additional guest present. For a two-day stay, you got two towels for each room, which is one towel per day. Many of our other guests find the towels provided to be enough, however, we understand if it wasn't enough for you. Also, we will be fixing the door issue, thank you for bringing this to our attention. - We set the A/C at room temperature to allow the host to set it to their desired temperature, so they will be comfortable. Unfortunately, it takes a little while to adjust to whatever temperature you set it to. We appreciate you staying with us and we greatly appreciate feedback!

Beach Trip

Beach access was within walking distance, but be sure to have a wagon to carry all of your stuff! We also went to an area where we could drive on the beach. That made it extremely easy to load and unload all of our stuff. Also, there are lots of stairs going into the condo and lots of walking up and down stairs within the condo. It wasn’t a problem for us, but it could be if someone has knee/hip issues or elderly.

Overall the property was nice, however we found a couple of issues. The drain in the second bath, will not stay open while taking a shower. Which fills the tub while taking a shower. Also, found 2 soft spots in the floor, that were concerning. 1 in master bedroom, to the right of the bed, and the other in the living room near the stairs.

Second visit success

This was our second stay at the home and we loved it just as much as the first. It has everything you need and is very clean. Great location right next to the beach! We had 6 people and it was the perfect size. Love the access to the beach club as well as the Bayside amenities.

The house beautiful, clean, and in a beautiful community! It is a bit far from the main attractions but the area is beautiful and worth it. My only complaint and not worth not giving 5 stars was we couldn't get on the wifi. I did email the contact person for the wifi information but did not get a response. Like I said not worth knocking away a star. I would just make sure to ask before arrival. We will be back!

Quiet beach house

While the rental was further away from restaurants and activities we really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect with three bedrooms with in suite bathrooms. The furnishings were comfortable also.
