Weshoekie has three bedrooms each with its own Full bathroom that can sleep 10

1st: King bed with a queen roll out and access to the 2nd floor balcony.

2nd: One queen bed.

3rd: Two bunk beds- One twin over queen and one twin over twin.

The spacious open floor living room has a queen sofa bed and access to the first-floor balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking needs.

There is also additional shaded patio space under the house for grilling, games, or just relaxing around the firepit.

Pointe West is a privately owned resort community. You will have exclusive access to our beautiful private beach offering you a perfect spot to relax and unwind, away from the crowds. You are approximately 25 minutes from downtown Galveston and other great Galveston attractions.

RESORT FEE:

The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment year-round. 

Per Beach Club regulations, Weshoekie beach house is allowed up to 9 wristbands to enter the beach club - for ages 4 and up. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, Restaurant, Bar, hot tubs, workout facility, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, basketball and pickle ball courts as well as resort sponsored activities for the entire family. 

Should you wish to enjoy these amenities; the fee is $25 per person, per stay (not per day).

The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. *Please note their fees are non-refundable. We suggest you purchase closer to your arrival date.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 11 am

*You are welcome to enjoy the beach and other resort amenities if you have purchased Beach Club wristbands before check-in & after check-out.

Please note the Beach Club is accessible by stairs or elevators. In the event that elevators are placed out of service, stairs will be required. There are no refunds or alternatives for access to your vacation rental.

The house is not wheelchair accessible due to the stairs leading to the main living area and bedrooms.

Age Requirement is 25+ for booking

*No Prom, Graduation or High School groups are permitted even with chaperones, please!

Smoking is not permitted inside. A $250 additional cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected inside.

PET INFORMATION: Dogs 20lb or less are allowed on a case-by-case basis; please provide information about the dog (breed, size, weight, and vaccine records. Dogs must be house trained.) Dogs are not allowed on furniture such as couches and beds.  An additional pet fee of $150 will be added to your stay. NO other pets are allowed.

SECURITY:

There are 3 outdoor cameras installed on the property which are used for security and check-in purposes only. One camera at the front door, and one camera is pointed at the outdoor, ground-level stair entrance at the deck/patio/ entrance.
