A new 2024 addition to the Special Properties Vacation Rental inventory, the charming Blue Marigold has everything you’ll need for a relaxing stay in Green Lake. This quaint and updated home is conveniently located on a quiet street within walking distance to all the action in town including the marina, boat and slip rentals, restaurants, shopping, parks, festivals and more.

The home offers a freshly remodeled interior with all new furnishings throughout. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds. For additional sleeping space, the oversized sectional sofa in the living room has a queen pullout bed. The bath and kitchen are all new with everything you’ll need for cooking a stay-at-home meal. If you prefer outdoor dining, there is a gas grill and firepit and plenty of privacy to relax after a long day on the lake.
The spacious property allows for ample parking including space for boat trailers. Special Properties Vacation Rentals offer complimentary boat slips subject to availability and can assist with boat rental needs as well.

Our Happy Place!

We love the accommodations...lots of personal touches. It's right in town so you can walk to everything, but also close to the marina to be by the water. We have stayed there twice now and will definitely go back!

Ripon College Reunion Weekend

The Blue Marigold is an adorable cottage close and convenient to everything. We enjoyed walks near the lake, ciffee and treats in town, shopping in Green Lake, and sitting in the backyard. The weekend was perfect! The cottage is clean, cute, cozy and convenient. Thanks! We will be back to stay longer!

The Blue Marigold

Better than expected, very happy with our stay at this property. Close to town easy walk to bar/restaurants and shops. Even closer to boat launch with 3 hour boat parking (not strictly enforced). Parking for boat and trailer at the property but the street to get there is narrow. We would definitely stay here again! You get the right side of the property left side appears to be vacant. The hosts went above and beyond in multiple aspects. Fire-pit with fire wood provided, travel size items incase there were things you forgot. Overall very satisfied with our stay 😊
