Welcome to the completely \ newly renovated, one of a kind, modern themed extra large 2000 sq ft townhome in the beautiful gated resort of Oakwater.The home offers a location that cannot be beat! You're nestled in a tranquil secluded wooded gated resort, with quiet trails, lake and courtyards. However, you are literally walking distance to just about everything!! Walmart is truly just a few minutes walk around the corner from the resort. Not to mention, Starbucks, Restaurants and a ton of different activities and conveniences that are all near by. The most important activity, that being DISNEY, is literally a few traffic lights away (Animal Kingdom -1.4 miles).
The entire home has been recently professionally renovated and completed with no expense spared in order to provide the ultimate guest experience. The home offers a beautiful CINDERELLA master bedroom for the adults,with a luxury attached bathroom and a very large walk in closet. This home includes a professionally designed SPIDERMAN room with faux bricks, special lighting and posters to heighten the kids excitement. Mickey's FANTASMIC sorcerer's room includes custom bunk beds that has its own tube slide, laser ceiling lights and decor to bring the guests into a different world. A rear covered patio with privacy curtains is a perfect place to gather to watch a Movie, play board games or just enjoy a beverage under the Florida sun. BUT to really take in the Movie experience, a Professionally designed STAR WARS theater room has been created for our guests, with a two tier theater seating, extra large 4K viewing and Ceiling fiber optic lights to create an incredible viewing experience.
All forms of Fun have been thought of in order to make it a wonderful vacation experience. As soon as you walk into the home, an open concept design awaits you which includes a beautiful GAME room containing a slate pool table and multiple Arcades for everyone to enjoy. There is ample seating for everyone to joy all areas of the home. The open concept allows the whole group to enjoy all areas of the home together even if they are busy in different activities.
The entire home has been professionally renovated in 2022 with new furniture, floors, appliances, luxury mattresses and professionally designed walls, Lighting, special effects and other fun decor!

Nice Property

This property has a lot of great features and upgrades for kids. Our boys loved the Spiderman room, theatre, and hot tub. Great location for Disney and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Host is very responsive. Easy checkin/check out. The only thing we would suggest is stocking the kitchen and bathrooms more. There wasn’t a can opener in the kitchen so I bought one and left it there. There weren’t very many towels or washcloths (may have been house cleaners fault). There were six of us staying there and we didn’t even have one towel per person so we were constantly doing laundry. No fans on the ceiling and AC didn’t seem to cool the house enough. Not all the outlets in the house worked. Minor adjustments needed but all in all would recommend.

Themed townhouse

Our stay here was good. There were just enough beds and the townhouse was spacious. The living room had a small but usable sectional just adjacent to the kitchen which is great to prep meals and remain engaged with the family. There was a pool table conveniently place right inside the entry in a large space which if you enjoy the game is great. There were 4 bath towel and 4 beach towel but we came with plenty extra and there’s a washer and dryer for your convenience. The master suite is quite large with lots of space. The owners provide only what you need to get settled so expect to purchase things such as body wash, dishwashing liquid and trash bags. There is no vacuum for the carpet nor mop, only a broom. The only tiny flaws were there were spiders not easily spotted but one of the kids were bit and soon noticed them easily after looking around. The water pressure in the showers were not very high so it took longer to shower. There is peeling wallpaper and some other areas that could be touched up. And the small appliances were over heating and didn’t work properly. We burnt our toast on the lowest setting. But that is all small stuff. Overall, the house is located next to Walmart. A short walk if you forget anything. Its location is adjacent to Disney literally which is great if that’s the reason you’re visiting. And the complex has a pool for those really hot days to cool off. On the rainy days the Lanai provided a cover space so we could still enjoy the outdoors.

I am Zane, my wife Ruby and we have 2 wonderful kids. My wife and I grew up in Montreal , Canada...moving to Chicago in 2000. I was a Police officer for many years and now work in Portfolio Management. My wife works in the Financial industry. We have a daughter and a son.

We love to travel, especially on cruises to different islands where we can enjoy the ocean and the "island hospitality". Socializing with friends and family is an important escape for us from our hectic schedules. We are very excited about this new venture with our five Disney vacation homes; Planet Daisy, Planet Mickey, Planet Minnie, Planet Pluto, and this new addition that we are so excited about. We hope that this will create new friendships for our family with other families from around the world. Our wish is that guests at our homes enjoy their stay and build great memories during their visit.

Why they chose this property

Our family has been coming regularly to Florida for the past 20 plus years. We fell in love with Central Florida because of its weather and proximity to so many different activities. Great beaches are less than an hour away, Disney, Universal and just the atmosphere of different visitors from all walks of life and cultures. The location and serenity of this home \ resort is unbeatable! It is literally walking distance to just about every amenity. Animal Kingdom is just a few traffic lights away, a little over a mile from the home. My wife and I have actually walked to Animal Kingdom on a couple of occasions. We love this resort as it provides privacy, tranquility, nature views while being so close to all the wonderful amenities the resort has to offer.

As mentioned in the description, the location of this home and all of the renovations done to this home make it absolutely UNIQUE. You will not find another home with all that it offers as we have truly put the "guest" hat on when renovating this home, trying to provide a truly wonderful Vacation experience. It truly makes us happy when we hear nice feedback from our guests and we have actually built some wonderful friendships with past guests.
