Wonderful home for universal/disney vacation!

Home was well equipped clean and comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood with tennis courts and plenty of sidewalks and small walking trail, perfect for walking our dog. Great location with plenty of restaurants and Walmart/publix close. Pool was clean and warm and hot tub worked…great to come back to after a long day at an amusement park! We had a great relaxing and fun vacation!

Great house in a great location

The house was the perfect place for our family of five and 2 dogs. It’s located within just a few miles of all the theme parks and there’s an abundance of restaurants close by.

I would definitely stay again! The property manager was great!

The stay was great! The kurig machine wasn’t working and we had a new one delivered within a few hours. There was an issue with the AC one morning and someone was out to fix it in a couple hours. I will definitely look to rent again next year!

Family Vacation

What a great house! Very clean and lots of room! Loved the pool and Hot tub! The hosts were very quick to respond and answered our questions. Great location, everything was easy to get to. Thanks Yona and Sam fora fabulous vacation!!

Very nice

This house was very nice, great, quiet neighborhood, great communication with owner. There is a park just around the corner to walk your dog everyday. Kitchen well stocked.

Excellent Location, peaceful stay.

The location is probably the best feature of this stay, the house have good amenities, but some updates will definitely explote more this home potential. There was an issue on my check in to get access to the proterty and even though it was unpleasant at the moment, the Host and I were able to find a way to sort the situation out.

Would stay here again.

Everything was as advertised. Only problem,was when we arrived the unit had been cleaned. The original cleaners didn't show,so they had to get someone else to clean. But that was not the fault of the owners.

Great property and location. I personally have stayed at Indian creek properties for 15 plus years. The only downfall was the BBQ….. cheap and 2 burners didn’t work. Other than that great time

Overall we had a great time. We spent most of it in the pool which my husband and family was obsessed with. We had everything we needed and it was a nice quiet neighborhood. We were within arms reach of all the attractions and shopping and restaurants. Overall it was a nice homeaway from home.

Perfect all around!

Every part of this rental was very smooth. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The location was close to everything we needed. This was our annual visit to HHN at Universal. We were exhausted after 2 days in the park so we camped out at the house on our last full day. We enjoyed the pool/spa and all the room this house provided. Our small pets enjoyed it too! I would definitely hope to return here on another visit!

Nice place but really needs air conditioning added to the game room, felt like a sauna at times. Toys located throughout the home could use a dusting. Mattresses were a little uncomfortable.

Perfect Disney house

This house is perfect for anyone visiting the Kissimmee area. The location kid convenient and ease to reach. The layout of the house is great for anyone with mobility issues. It is a single level home. We found the house to be exceptionally clean in comparison to other homes we have stayed in within the same area. The house is very well stocked. We had the pleasure to meet Sam, the owner, as he came around to check on things. I strongly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the Kissimmee area.

They had cameras out watching we really had no privacy... It was just to many rules that I don't think needed to be there.. papers up everywhere telling you what to do and expect...

Disappointing & not very disabled friendly

Not very clean, pool floor crumbling, games room tables broken. Multiple CCTV cameras we were not told about & no signs! 2 steps to get into the house which makes it difficult for a wheelchair user & the master bedroom shower has a big step which is also very difficult plus the rest of the rooms impossible being shower over bath. Barbeque severely corroded. Dishwasher did not work properly. Overall it is a great location & it is not all bad but the villa needs a lot of TLC

We decided to purchase a vacation home for our family to use and as the kids grew up we decided to invest in a few properties, go to visit frequently and also share with other families to enjoy, just like we did over the years
