Minutes from the interstate, The Barn allows you to get away and enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. This new addition combines modern amenities and rustic charm. As you pull on to our road The Barn is to the left of our home. You can enjoy watching the smart TV that swivels between the living area and the bedroom, take a nap on the sleeper sofa, or get a peaceful night's sleep in the California king bed. There is a huge walk in closet which will accommodate a pack-n-play that is available for use. The kitchenette has a microwave, airfryer/toaster, hotplate, a Keurig and refrigerator. Plates, cups, utensils, and cookware are provided. Outdoors a charcoal grill and a fire pit are available for use. Charcoal, lighter fluid, and a lighter are provided along with a bundle of wood. Feel free to roam around where we raise rabbits, ducks, and chickens. We often see deer wandering behind the pond. Come relax in the cozy indoors, soak up fresh air on the porch or hike around the property. We look forward to having you as our guest!

Great stay!

Perfect spot for stay for DS high school graduation. The Barn is a well located, well stocked and very comfortable stay!

Great use of space!

We had a great stay and it was a comfortable place for me and my husband to spend the weekend while visiting family. Very quiet and the layout is perfect. It had everything we needed.

Our guests have all been so polite and respectful of our property. I’m sure they enjoy the peace that surrounds The Barn. The fact that we are only a few miles from the interstate and lots of great dinning places close is a big plus. We would love to host anyone who is needing a relaxing place to stay.

Everything was as described. Nice place to just get away and relax. We visited the Mall of Louisiana while there.

Thank you for that review. Our guests all appreciate that we are close to the interstate, great restaurants, and entertainment venues. But our greatest asset is that The Barn is quietly secluded in a peaceful surrounding where you can enjoy wildlife and nature.

Close to our Daughter

Quiet property close to our daughter made this a convenient location for our weekend trip. With the owners feet away, any needs can be handled but we didn’t have any issues at all. Be sure to turn down the street on the street address, Waze took us down the wrong street on our initial entry.

All of our guests have enjoyed the location of The Barn, which is close to the interstate, but is also secluded. We are located on the end of Vidalia Lane to the left down a long gravel driveway. Keep your eyes open for rabbits and deer that roam our property!
