DO NOT BOOK THIS !!! Go stay at the hotel Eastport instead… way cheaper, they have a bar, they have balcony rooms that overlooked the lake, and it is very clean. … the phone number for the host was disconnected…..We never could get a hold of our host. We were there with no place to stay… Never responded to us …he never responded to Vrbo people had to rebook us someplace else and they were fantastic but even book this property I told VRBO they should take it off their list and refuse to let him be a host…

Enjoyed closeness to Brownwood Paddock. Not true 2 bedroom, 2 beds; however no sofa and no sitting chairs (had to sit on counter stools or desk chair to watch TV.) Clearly not a nonsmoking unit. Enjoyed size .

TOTAL RIPOFF

My wife and I left the property to find other accommodations after 45 minute in the unit. The unit was not as depicted on VRBO. It was filthy, hairballs on the bathroom floor, mold on the tile, and window ledges that hadn't been cleaned for some time. The unit smelled liked smoke covered by air fresheners, assume that's why the windows and rear door were opened when we arrived. Better yet, after only being in the unit for 45 minutes VRBO refused to refund our money. And even better, I have a text from the owner saying VRBO didn't pay him either. We are DONE with vrbo!
