The comfortable home boasts 2 bedrooms 2 baths upstairs and a separate & private 2/1 downstairs with its own living area and kitchenette. An inviting patio overlooking the serene and private canal with only nature beyond, allows for great bbq opportunities. Observation deck on the roof provides beautiful sunset views. The 59 ft dock gives the ability for a short ride to the open bay and all the snorkeling, fishing and water sports you can handle. There is also quick ocean access through nearby Tavernier Creek. After a full day of fun in the sun you can either cook in the beautiful kitchen with gas stove or visit one of the fabulous eateries nearby where they will cook your fresh catch. Bring your boat or jet skis. There is a private Homeowners park with boat launch and small beach area.

We are a family that lives in Miami which is a little over an hour from our Casa Coconuts. We outfitted this waterfront home as our second home. We enjoy boating, fishing, and visiting the fresh local eateries. We truly love the fun in the sun that being in the Florida Keys provides and we hope you will as well.

Why they chose this property

The location of Casa Coconuts is superb. We caught 41 lobsters in mini season this year literally 3 minutes away in the bay. It is situated a little over an hour to Miami and about 2 hours from Key West. There are also many local restaurants that we like to frequent nearby. Additionally it is very close to attractions such as swimming with the dolphins, John Pennekamp and Theater of the Sea.

What makes this property unique

Aside from the location, Casa Coconuts is newly renovated and has been outfitted with beautiful furnishings, accessories and linens. The multiple (impact) windows allow you to see the boats passing by. It is a quiet community and the house is gated for that extra security and privacy. Additionally, there are no neighbors behind you adding peace and serenity to your Florida keys experience.
