As hosts, we always believe great hosts should be knowledgable about the area, responsive and can give great restaurant tips, little vacation insights and are just good people who care about the guest experience.
Why they chose this property
We vacationed at 30A for the first time a few years ago with some friends a few minutes away from this condo. We fell in love with this convenient location, the beautiful views of the sunset, the soft, fine white sand and the mesmerizing green water. Since then, the stars have aligned to make our dream a reality to own this property. We love it here and we hope you will too! We always feel so recharged after a visit to 30A. What makes this property unique
Modern, freshly-painted, brightly-lit and beautifully-furnished three-bedrooms, two-bathrooms, 3rd floor unit features a large screened porch, crown molding throughout the unit and high ceilings. Recently upgraded new appliances and fully-furnished with pots and pans, dishes, mugs and utensils. Smart TVs and High-Speed Wi-Fi internet throughout unit. Only a short 5-minute walk to beach access!
Community amenities include elevators, a pool and a clubhouse overlooking a lake.
