I've been coming to Summer Sands for 3 years and this place was by far rhe best! Great view, comfortable beds and couch! The host really wants you to enjoy yourself and its clear in the little touches they add like linens, towels, beach chairs etc. I'll definitely be going back! What a great week.

This condo has the extras the others don’t! Linens and towels included! Beach chairs too! I’d like to keep this gem a secret but it’s too good not to share! Anne was so great at communicating with us too! 10 outta 10! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful place! Fabulous & friendly host who was helpful and kind. Well stocked kitchen—towels, beach chairs, toiletries. Great corner spot on the 4th floor with view of the ocean and sunset. Elevators and luggage carts available for loading/unloading. Kids enjoyed the pool! Would certainly return!

Anne was an incredible host. Check in went very smoothly and Anne was easily reachable if needed. The unit is extremely clean and was the perfect distance from Cape May for our family. We will definitely be back to stay when we are in the area again!

We absolutely loved Anne’s place at Summer Sands. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed! We can’t wait to return next year! Hurricane Erin had other plans for the weather but better luck next year!

Last minute getaway with the family and this was a perfect spot. Steps to the fourth floor get a little rough hah but it’s nice to have the corner spot so you can sit out front without anyone walking by, and it gives a perfect view of the beach!! we had the most amazing weather so I love that there was a screen to keep the door open and the fresh air coming in without the bugs. Unit is so nicely decorated. One of the only units I have ever rented that stocked up on toiletries, sunscreen, and even bath towels. My kids loved the hot chocolate and marshmallows! Made packing so much easier when you didn’t have to worry about the little things for two days away!!

The hot chocolate station has become a tiny vacation sidekick for a lot of our younger guests, so I love hearing your kids enjoyed it too 😊 And yes… those stairs to the 4th floor can definitely feel like a mini beach workout after a long day in the sun 😂 Thankfully there is an elevator available as well for luggage runs and tired beach legs! I’m so glad you enjoyed the corner unit and that ocean view. Opening the door to the salt air and hearing the beach from inside the condo is one of my favorite things about the space too. Thank you again for staying with us, and I’d absolutely love to host your family again for another sunny escape! 🏖️

I would totally rent again ! The place was super clean and just like the pictures ! They had so much more in the place than I expected ( I over packed ). Anne replied to all of my messages super fast and was very polite!!!!!!! My whole family loved the stay and were sad to leave.

Easy process from start to finish. Anne was very quick to respond and very helpful. We loved the space, it worked perfect for one last summer getaway. We enjoyed the easy beach access and shower options. The pools were a bonus. The apartment was clean and stocked with needed items and some. The beds were comfortable and it was great to have linens and made beds. The sofa bed was also very comfortable. Stayed cool inside, loved the chairs on the patio. Great experience. Will keep this on our list to rent again.

This is a very cute, beautiful beach apartment. It is a very easy walk straight to the beach and close to a lot of other attractions including the Wildwood boardwalk and Cape May! The owner is very helpful and a pleasure to deal with, also a lot of small nice touches, snacks hot chocolate etc.,would highly recommend staying here!!
