My wife and I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment for the second time in a row. From location to amenities to comfort all was wonderful. It was like home away from home and we hope to visit it again.
If anyone is hesitant about booking this Vrbo, please rest assured—it may be one of the best experiences you’ll have. The host was phenomenal with communication. From the moment we booked through checkout, everything was clear, timely, and helpful. The location is excellent—centrally located with shops and restaurants all around, making everything incredibly convenient. Taxi service is just a short walk away, and there’s even a nearby supermarket for those late-night wine runs.I noticed some reviews mentioned noise. While there was some, it never lasted all night and didn’t disturb us at all. In fact, one evening we opened the windows, sipped wine, and listened to people in the café below. While they were loudly cheering for their team, it only added to the ambiance and became a core memory from our trip.Overall, there was nothing negative about our stay. We would absolutely stay here again if given the opportunity. Thank you for a wonderful experience we will never forget.
Everything about this apartment was wonderful. Check in was smooth with great communication, especially as our flight was 3 hours late arriving. Apartment is clean, comfortable, well stocked and in a great location close to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you, Anne for being such wonderful guests. We truly enjoyed welcoming you at the apartment.
I just shared your review with the owner, a lady who is 89 years old and she is ecstatic. Thank you so much !
Welcoming, charming, perfectly located - a real find!
This rental surpassed expectations in every way. Full of history and character, well modernized, on a very quiet street in the heart of town. Good, effortless communications with the owner and manager. Generous attitude towards guests - plenty of towels, complementary wine and coffee, lots of nice kitchenware. No complaints at all. We hope to return!
Great location - close to the metro, shops and restaurants with a boulangerie across the street and a Monoprix around the corner.
The apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean and well stocked. Host communication was excellent from the initial booking through our stay.
Fantastic place and location. Excellent service by Francois the owner and Aries the property manager. Close to the metro and just a short walk to the Seine near the Louvre. Large bedroom and living room. Can’t say enough positive things about this place. We use VRBO for all of our trips. It gives you a much better experience being with the locals.
The condo had everything we needed for a home away from home. We were greeted on arrival and received a tour with explanations about how to use the appliances. There was a grocery store within a few blocks. The toilet had its own room separate from the shower which was helpful for 3 adults. Good value with an incredible location.

The picture that is listed is not the building of the apartment. The apartment is in a very good location with restaurants and stores all around. Everything is in walking distance or by train or bus.The apartment itself is very small, listed as newly renovated but I would disagree. Everything looked old and rundown. The TV was so small you could not see that far from the couch. The shower head is installed so close to the wall that you need to be literally touching the wall to get the water on your head and body. There is a lot of noise from the restaurant's downstairs, and the neighbor's upstairs were extremely noisy.Overall, I would not recommend this apartment, it is not worth all the money spent and I am sure there are better locations somewhere else.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you appreciated the convenience of the location and the easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and transit. We’re sorry that certain aspects of the apartment didn’t meet your expectations. The unit was recently updated—including a new washer–dryer and electric stovetop—and we chose a smaller TV based on previous guest suggestions. We’ll also review the shower setup to ensure we’re providing the best possible experience moving forward.
Regarding noise, the neighborhood of Saint-Germain-des-Prés can be lively, as many guests choose it specifically for its vibrant atmosphere. That said, the double-glazed windows do help minimize outside noise, and most guests enjoy a comfortable stay and leave us positive reviews.
Thank you again for your honesty; your feedback helps us continue improving the experience we offer.
Bed needs new mattressSheets should be replaced. They are old.Besides black out curtains in bedroom and bathroom should have transparent curtains to let day light in. Bathtub is too high. Very dangerous for older people. Shower head arm is too short so one has to be really close to the wall to shower..Rug in living room is extremely dirty. Should be changed.Building is very busy and noisy. One hears people going up and down the stairs all the time..Location is great.
From my initial booking to my arrival in Paris Jean-Francois was great at providing information and was on hand if I had any questions. The check-in with Narcissa was smooth and she was very helpful and kind. The flat itself was charming and comfortable as well as being spotlessly clean. Pretty much everything has been provided (coffee, tea, bottles of water for example) and it was fully equipped with dishwasher, washer/drier, microwave, two coffee machines and so on. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable and, despite there being a friendly, lively bar below the flat the bedroom was incredibly quiet. The location couldn’t be better - a couple of minutes from Saint-Germain metro and not much further to a couple of other metro stations but it’s also only about a 20 minute walk to the main museums. There is a very informative guide in the apartment that is as useful for someone who’s been to Paris many times as it would be for someone visiting for the first time-an indication of the thought that has gone into this accommodation.
Only our 2nd VRBO rental and our 1st outside the US.We were so very pleased with the communications before and after the inital reservation and as well with the tips and communication leading up to our arrival. Upon check-in the property manager even gave us her cell phone number and let us know that if we were out and about and ran into any problems to call her and she'd try to assist.
The master bedroom was comfortable and met our needs. The sleeper sofa worked well for our teen daughter and we appreciated the pocket door to give her some privacy. With only one bathroom, it was good to have the toilet separate from the shower/vanity. We coveted having laundry and kitchen too!
The building was quiet and the neighborhood felt safe. The cafe and restaurants even right outside the apt had good food and service and the grocery and metro; even the Sienne, and Louvre, and other iconic sites were all walkable.
There were enough paper products, coffee pods, and soap/shampoo/dishsoap/laundry detergent were supplied.
Highly recommend.
From start to finish, Jean Francois was the perfect host. I got immediate response to all of my questions even though he was on vacation and there was a nine hour time change! The greeter met me at the apartment promptly. We texted ahead of time to establish communication. He was very nice and showed me around the apartment and explained how everything worked. There was a bottle of wine and croissants waiting for me. The apartment is in the heart of St Germaine. Very close to a Monoprix, metro stations, cafes and a wonderful boulangerie across the street. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well stocked. But the best thing of all about the apartment was Jean Francois! I had trouble getting the television to work and even though it was 6 o’clock in the morning where he was, he found someone to come to the apartment to fix it.Then the very worst thing happened. I locked my keys in the apartment! It was a Saturday and Jean Francois couldn’t have been nicer and responded to my messages immediately. The manager got a key from the owner and met me at the apartment and let me in. I couldn’t recommend this property more!!!
