About this property

Have fun with the whole family at this beautiful Florida home.

Have fun with the whole family at this beautiful Florida style home. Easy to get to, centrally located and only eight minutes drive to beaches, Downtown Delray and Downtown Boynton Beach.
The house has three stylish cozy bedrooms. The primary suite has a king size bed and the two other bedrooms have queen size beds. There are two bathrooms, laundry room, living room with a pull out bed, kitchen and dining room. There is a wonderful backyard space with a large pool and a covered area for dining and games.

For entertainment in the pool area there is a dart board, bocce ball and putting green. We also have a beautiful zen garden where you can relax in the hammock, read a book, and sip on a refreshing beverage.

There is a gazebo with chairs around a fire pit. Bluetooth music can easily be hooked up to and played on indoor and/or outdoor speakers. Internet and Wi-Fi television are also included. Streaming services like youtubeTV and Netflix are available.

We live nearby and love our town. We have been part of the community over 30 years. We are available via phone or text message if you have any questions at all on what to do or where to go. We can let you know what our favorite spots are.

This home is east I95 and between Delray Beach and West Palm Beach.

This is a a friendly and family neighborhood. Great location to get anywhere and still quiet and peaceful. Golf car friendly, 3 minute drive to Publix, Starbucks and many restaurants. 8 minutes to famous Delray Down Town, Boynton Beach and Beaches.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check-Out is at 11 a.m. This gives our cleaning service time to prepare the room for the next guest coming in. Please have the temp 78 degrees and all trash in waste bins as a courtesy to our team.
Please return the keys to the lockbox you picked them up from at check-in. The code is 120545.

We had a great stay at Janine’s house! The home was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic.The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. The house was centrally located – 10 minutes from Delray’s Atlantic Avenue restaurants, 10 minutes from Delray Beach, and 15 minutes from all our friends in Boynton Beach.Our host was super responsive and helpful, providing clear check-in instructions and local recommendations.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a private house with a pool!

Es war ein so wundervoller Aufenthalt, dass wir hier gar nicht zu viel Werbung machen wollen, da wir sicher wiederkommen werden. Alles war wie beschrieben: der Pool fantastisch mit seinen 3 m Tiefe, das Haus und der Garten liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber, die Lage und Nachbarschaft super. Unsere Kinder (9, 13, 16J alt) und wir Eltern hatten eine tolle Zeit, herzlichen Dank !!!
