Welcome to your home away from home in Esplanade at Hacienda Lakes. This home is the only Carrera Model in Hacienda Lakes with 12 ft ceilings throughout. The rear sliders open the entire rear of the house to the oversized screened in lanai with an outdoor kitchen, wet bar, and dining table that turns into a poker table. There are 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and a den with a sofa bed and TV. The primary suite features a walk- in closet, large shower, soaking tub, and separate dual sinks. The home has never been lived in, never rented, and has all brand-new bedroom sets, mattresses, furniture, TV's, outside furniture, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything that you will need for your stay. Just a few minutes' walk from the home is the large clubhouse with 24 hr. gym, pool, Hot Tub, and lazy river as well as numerous daily activities. Clubhouse also has pickleball, Tennis Courts and bocci ball as well as a dog park. The home is conveniently located to all of your shopping, entertainment and travel needs: Publix Supermarket-1Mile WalMart-3.5 Miles Marco Island-13 Miles 5 th Ave South-8.8 Miles Ft Myers Airport-34.2 Miles Rt 75 north and south-3.7 miles

We chose this home in this community for its size ( not to large) and location to Marco Island beaches as well as downtown Naples shopping, dining and beaches. The home is located all major shopping needs and has direct access to 75 and other major roads.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
The home used to be a model, sales center and is the only model in the community as it was used for the sales center. The home was completely renovated before being turned back over to us. It has a very large living, dining area with 14 ft ceilings which makes it very grand. has an oversized outside living area and is just a fun home to entertain and enjoy.
