This charming Cape house is located at the end of private way in the desirable Katama area. Just two miles from South Beach and the historical village of Edgartown, with lots of shopping and great restaurants. The bike path and Morning Glory farm are also close by. Bright open dining room with cathedral ceilings, skylights and hardwood floors. The kitchen features a center island with granite counter top and french doors leading out to a sunny deck. The home is comfortably and tastefully furnished. Whether it is a summer retreat, or just a long weekend away in October, this property will feel like your home away from home. A privacy fence divides this home from a lovely three bedroom connected cottage house and also may be rented together to accommodate large parties up to twelve people.

Great tome in Martha’s Vineyard

The house was very comfortable and I liked the location. We were greeted by the owner and she showed us around (that was nice). We would stay here again!
