Spacious Condo, Recently Updated, Quiet, Walk Out the Door onto 7 Mile Beach

Crescent Point Resort is situated directly on 200 feet of unspoiled, pristine, white sand at the southern end of Grand Cayman’s Seven Mile Beach.
The beach chairs are shaded by tropical palm trees and the private beach area is never crowded. Impressive Snorkeling of the natural coral reefs is just beyond the shores of Crescent Point’s private beach.
Beautifully landscaped, highly maintained gardens and grounds, include a free-form, Caribbean-blue pool with an adjoining jacuzzi. There are plenty of lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas which line the pool area for your enjoyment. 2 propane barbecues are available for your use so you can dine by the pool under the stars or on your private, screened terrace.

Our unit has 3 bedrooms, master has a king size bed and large, luxurious en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, separate garden tub and double sinks. Second bedroom has a king size bed with direct access to 2nd bathroom with glassed walk-in shower. 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds.
The kitchen is well appointed and includes all stainless steel appliances, dish washer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, bakeware and lots of utensils. We even have pool/beach friendly cups of all sizes for your use. Dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basic pantry items such as salt, pepper, sugar and coffee filters to get you started.

Also included; shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, a blow dryer, and an iron with board. Towels, linens, and beach towels are also provided. Daily cleaning service. IN-Unit washer and dryer in the unit. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. Keep fit in our air conditioned gym.

Incredible Sunsets!!! Great restaurants, grocery stores, shops and other amenities are all within walking distance.

Late arrivals are no problem as we have an on-site manager. Just let us know arrival info.

Perfect place to stay on 7 mile beach. The beach never felt crowded, the sunset is right out the door, excellent snorkeling right from the shore (go past the sheltered wall that is to the south). Easy parking. The office staff and housekeepers are all friendly and accommodating. We loved this place!

This Seven Mile Beach condo is as close to perfect as we've found — the beach is literally steps from your door, the water is that stunning Caribbean turquoise you see in photos but rarely believe is real, and the unit itself is spotless, well-equipped, and genuinely comfortable.

The condo was beautiful and fully supplied The property was well kept and the pool and hot tub were wonderful The only thing that was not great was getting into the water from the beach it was to rocky to enter the water …get water shoes if u want to swim off the beach Nancy was easy to communicate and we really wanted for nothing that wasn’t there

Christmas Grand Cayman

We had a great time at Crescent Point. The screened in porch was awesome. The pool, hot tub, the grounds and the accommodations were amazing. We walked to restaurants, beaches, and bars. We had a great Christmas vacation.

Great property, well appointed, spotlessly clean, a beach at your doorstep with amazing snorkelling ( we’d argue the best on the island) a mere 50 feet away!Manicured lawns, beautiful gardens, a lovely pool and hot tub, barbecue pit, and easy parking.We’ve visited Cayman many times, and this place checks all the boxes.Lovely host. Well equipped kitchen, and periodic housekeeping service.Very positive overall experience with no complaints !Loved it !

Wonderful Home

Great Location, very close to the beach, great pool! Office management was great, even though we were there on a holiday weekend, everyone was very attentive, even staying late for us after a mishap with a rental car. Overall great stay will definitely stay again! Thanks Nancy!!

A beautiful but too brief vacation

Beautiful location - we loved having both the pool and the beach; the apartment is spacious and very comfortable, bathrooms large. Appreciated having washer/dryer and plenty of towels available. The owner communicated clearly and always with a quick response time. One amazing restaurant very close by (Ms Piper's).

Great Stay on 7 Mile Beach

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo on 7 Mile Beach. The unit was exactly as described - beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Unit is on the ground floor which makes walk out to the pool and beach super easy and the property was beautifully maintained. Condo was in walking distance to several good restaurants and the owner, Nancy, also left a list of favorite restaurants. Last, Nancy was super responsive to all of our inquiries. Highly recommend this condo.

Great Condo

The condo was great for my family. It was clean and had everything you would need for your stay. The pool was great and morning coffee on the patio was perfect. The one and only compliant I have is the water in not accessible because of all of the rocks. The beach and sand were perfect but could t enjoy the ocean at the condos location. Other than that it was a great trip.

Thank you Kyle for the positive review. I am not sure if you took the short 3 minute walk down the beach to the protected sandy cove, which is super for swimming and just floating around.. One of my posted pictures shows it. Just to mention about the coral rocks at the shoreline of our resort which provide super snorkeling to see lots of different fish which live there... Our son enjoys snaring big lobsters for dinner just in front of our resort. They also live in the coral. Please bring you snorkel gear the next time you come. Unfortunately I cannot paste a picture of one of the lobsters here... I will add to my resort pictures. We would love to have your family again.... Cheers, Nancy

Cayman 10 Day Vacation

The condo was on the first floor. It was great to get to the pool or the beach. Short 1-2 minute walk. There was a great place to sit on the beach with chairs. It was a 5 minute walk to go swimming in the water. There was coral in front of the Condo. Great location for restaurants. We did not rent a car. We walked to grocery store and took a taxi back to the condo. Nancy the owner was great to answer questions before we went. There was a cleaning service every other day which was nice with the sand and staying for 10 days. Place was well kept. We would love to come back. Mike and Michelle

Nancy and the property were fantastic. We have 4 kids and the bedrooms/space and location were amazing! The property grounds are immaculate. And the house keeping everyday was a welcomed surprise! It was greedy getting back from being out to a fresh place. It’s hard to call this a downside, but with 4 kids we wanted a swimmable beach without having to walk next door. But my. Kids loved the little cove area and we spent a lot of time there! Rent the equipment to snorkel! You won’t be disappointed!

Thank you for your super review. I am very happy you and the children enjoyed the cove for swimming. We use it frequently or go directly out from our beach with our snorkel and scuba equipment. We believe having both options, depending on our visitors makes for great vacations. As you recommended bring or rent snorkel equipment. Maybe your next visit your children will be pro snorkelers.
