2 Story luxurious Guest House Near Beach/hospitals
Our guest house is a 2 story suite. It is approximately 960 square ft. It features a private entrance with keyless entry, bathroom with shower, kitchenette with fridge, coffee maker, and toaster.
Our guest house has 2 queen beds, 2 mounted big screen smart televisions (70 inches and 65 inches) with Hulu, Netflix, Disney +, recliner couches, and free WIFI. The unit sleeps 4 adults comfortably. We are approximately 5 miles from the beach. 8.9 miles from SoFi Stadium and near many hospitals.
The space
There is plenty of space for 4 adults to sleep comfortably and not feel so crowded. It is very much like a 2 story townhome.
Guest access
Guests have access to our patio, and to our stainless steel washer and dryer appliances.
Other things to note
Guests will have ample parking due to the fact that the guest house is located on a corner lot. Guests should be informed of all street parking restrictions that are enforced by the city. Wednesdays and Thursdays are the street sweeping days, please read the street signs for actual times.
