The check in is easy. The shower needs clean the floor drain. One of the stoves is broken. But everything else is fine

We did not actually stay in this property after going in. There was mold in the linen closet. The window in the living room had dry rot and a missing slat and was open to the outside. The shower had peeling tiles. The address is not Beverly Hills. The actual location of the property was in Los Angeles. The parking was next to an abandoned building. We did not feel safe so we left and booked a hotel. On the positive side the host did put on the ac before we got there.

We end up only spend a night and glad that we are able to get out from the property.The property did not say that is located on second floor. I have my 90 years old mother with me and we have a hard time to help her climbed a pretty stepped stairs. We arrive there late so it was already dark and we have a hard time to find the property too. It is missing the numbers plus so surprised when I saw the stairs. If I know it is located on second floor there is no way I booked it as I have elderly mother with us.Then I managed to book a hotel for the other night and checking out from the property the next morning. With struggle we managed to help my mother to do down the stairs (as going down is harder) but thanks GOD it is over.The living AC has mold around it. The property did not even has toilet paper at all to start with. So my husband has to do to store to buy the toilet paper. I complained about the stairs and ask for a refund but the host never responded back. The kitchen cabinets mostly broken. The shower water drain so slow. Attached is the picture of the stairs that showed pretty stepped and that I took it the next morning when I turn on the light already. Imagine when we got there was already dark and no light at all having my 90 years old mother to climbed that stairs so nerve breaking.
