Imagine vistas impresionantes y sonidos relajantes del Océano Atlántico desde su balcón privado. Este tercer piso de 4 dormitorios y 3 baños en Wrightsville Dunes ofrece eso y mucho m��s. Ubicado en las exuberantes dunas en el aislado extremo norte de la isla, se accede a la playa de arena blanca de Wrightsville Dunes por pasarelas privadas. Te sentirás como si tuvieras toda la playa para ti solo!

Tanto la sala de estar / comedor / cocina como el dormitorio principal tienen acceso al balcón frente al mar. El dormitorio principal y los dos dormitorios de invitados se encuentran en el piso principal, con capacidad adicional para cuatro personas disponibles en el piso de arriba.

Relájese en una cómoda tumbona en una de las dos piscinas comunitarias o juegue uno o dos partidos en la cancha de tenis de la comunidad. El edificio “A” es la Edición Sterling con una entrada de seguridad bloqueada.

Amazing location and space, pool access a huge benefit and the locker for storing all the beach gear was perfect! While the elevator was not working when we visited it wasn't a problem. Condo is open and spacious for a large group and was perfect for our visit with 4 kids in tow and the space was very comfortable for everyone to have their own space. My only suggestion I would have is that all the beds are VERY FIRM and could use an update. Otherwise it was perfect for the long weekend.

Great location

It is a great unit as far as layout...3 bedrooms with 3 baths and a loft that is great for kids/teens BUT it is VERY outdated and dirty. The furniture is dirty, the outdoor cushions are dirty and ripped, there were cracks in the tile, the shower drains didn't drain well and we had to mop the floors when we got there. It is in need of a MAJOR scrubbing and update.

Great family friendly spot

Our family of 5 - with our 9 year old and twin 4 year olds - stayed here. It’s hard to find a suitable rental for our configuration, but this was perfect. We even had room to spare.

Summer vacation

Beautiful views, well appointed, albeit a bit dated. It's hard to find a beachfront property that will sleep 10 for this price. Only disappointments were parking which we were made aware of. The bigger issue was the elevator not working. Fortunately we received a discounted price because of it. Overall I would recommend this unit, just make sure you check about the elevator before booking, because it seems to be an ongoing issue.

There were stains on the bedding and couch and the master bathroom smelled a bit like a public restroom. The wallpaper was peeling. With just a few improvements and deep clean, this condo would be much better. The elevator was not working while we were there, making it a challenge for our older guest to go places.

What was available was not very good. This was the first place we have stayed in Wilmington that did not offer beach chairs and toys. Besides that, we loved to condo, the view, and the beach. I would stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the Wrightsville Dunes condos. We've stayed in almost every building over the past 20+ years. This condo is great because there's a lobby code AND a door code so no keys to lose. The condo is dated compared to others. The queen room showers "screamed" when used (not the master). The area behind the furniture (beds, couches, chairs, etc.) was very dirty. Previous guests had left items, lots of dust, and dirt. The blinds in the master bedroom no longer work and are falling apart so no sleeping in on vacation. The price was amazing though. We did have to reset the wi-fi and the ice maker after 24 hours. We were concerned about the dryer lint trap because it wasn't visible. We had to climb on a chair to empty it. It was dangerously full. A note should be placed on the dryer in the future to reduce the risk of a fire. Limited cookware. The unit was clean on the surface. Just be aware updates are needed if you rent. We arrived late and received a call from Bryant to make sure we knew how to access our rental pack. Great service!

Great property, except for limited parking

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great unit, lots of room for our group of 7 adults. Great property and beach access. The only negative, and it is a big one, is that you only get 2 parking passes. We had 3 cars and this was a big issue. Anything over 2 cars has to park in the adjacent public parking area that costs $5/hour, $25/day. The public parking fills up fast too. And we were there late September. All of the condos on the property were not full, so there were plenty of empty spaces while we were there. Would not stay here again because of the parking issues!

Three of the kids got colds. When they left the condo it will dissipate, and as soon as they would go back inside their sniffling and sneezing revved up. The air quality is poor and the condo has the overall feeling of being dirty.

I don't know if the carpet has EVER been replaced. Furniture was old and dingy. Main kitchen light wouldn't come on. Kitchen was sparse. The beach water sulfur smell was almost unbearable. I've rented from Bryant before with no issues. They should reconsider representing this condo until upgrades are made. I would not return to this property, which is a shame, as the location and layout are great. Just needs serious TLC, better cleaned, better maintained, better stocked up, etc.

This time we experienced some not so good memories. We had no elevator for several days. We are seniors and we’re staying on the 3rd floor. The condo was NOT clean. I turned on the water in the master bedroom tub and nothing but black water poured out. The furniture is not in good shape. Dining room chairs were very unsteady. Pans were few and in terrible condition. Not sure we will stay here again.

CHECK TOTAL COST BEFORE COMMITTING/NO REFUND

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: PROS:Upon arrival found unit to be clean and cheerful. Great view and quiet. Beds and furniture comfortable, each of downstairs had own bath and it had a well stocked kitchenNo bath for the 4 single beds on upper floor. Since we weren't using it, was not a problem for us. CONS: Received only 1 towel, hand towel and wash cloth. 1 very small bar of soap. NO shampoo, conditioner or lotion. No tissues. No hair dryer.One guest not given hand towel or wash cloth which we found out later as she thought no one had gotten them. When shower turned on in back bedroom black water came out. Water smelled of rotten eggs at all times.We were required to make our own beds as well as strip them when we left. We were to empty trash and take it out to the dum[stger and wash and put away all dishes.. I mention this because, others than the linen instructions the rest were sent to iPhone. Since all three of us are in our 80"s we don't use mobile phones for communication. No written instructions were given nor any left in the unit.I mention the above because we were charged NOT ONLY for the rental of the unit but also a $150.00 Administrative fee and a $290.00 Hospitality service fee. This brought the cost of the rental upward by $440.00. Didn't have any hospitality and sending emails and mobile instructions certainly wouldn't cost anyone $150.00. For the above reasons, I would NOT recommend this Unit or Bryant Real Estate. I don't like huge hidden, unexplained fees attached to my bill, raising the cost by over$400.00. No refund is another gotcha here as well.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was not very clean. Our feet were filthy the first night. Kitchen light had a short in it. It would come on when it wanted to. Master bathroom light was out. Light bulbs were in kitchen pantry. Changed bulb but light did not come on. Called maintenance, he came and said bulbs in pantry were no good. He changed it and it worked. Handle on shower door in master bath came loose. Husband screwed it back on. Master bedroom close smelled really bad. Pans were very old and not very many there. The pool was in bad shape. Paint peeling on the bottom and did not look like it had been cleaned in a long time. The last couple of days it was closed for maintenance. They were actually putting water and chemicals in it. There was another pool but it was quite the walk. We have been coming to Wrightsville Beach and staying in condos for 18-19 years. We had never stayed in this unit. I would have thought after business being slow due to the pandemic, that equipment and everything would be ready to go. But this was definitely not the case. The folks at the rental office were very accommodating and super friendly.

A Nice Change

Due to Covid-19 we had minimal interaction with anyone on the property. The condo is quite spacious and great for a large family. Some of the furnishings are a bit dated and the screen door was broken, but the stove and microwave were replaced while we were there so they may be working on updating. The only issues with cleanliness were the dishes and utensils. Several needed cleaning prior to use and had food residue on them. Dishwasher is newer as well, so recommend just verifying that what's in cabinet is actually clean. Overall a good place to bring the family.
