Nice place

Location was wonderful! The apartment was great and had an amazing view to the beach. All my family enjoyed it. The only thing my mom said was the 2nd bathroom needs a better clean. Over all the place was very convenient, was great with kids to have the access to come and go and also the decoration it made me feel at home.

Gymnastics competition weekend

Stayed at this property for a competition weekend. Pros:Great location. Clean upon arrival. Good amenities, glasses, pots, pans, etc. Cons:Would have liked more items such as extra toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, seasonings for cooking etc. which all had to be purchased. Internet was renamed & new password was different from the original reservation & a broken gate at pool entry were minor inconveniences. They were all fixed. Rental team was responsive. Overall a great trip. We would definitely stay and use this property again. Still gave a 5.

Beware

The condo has locks that are operated by batteries. The batteries feel out of the door lock in side the condo when we left and we were locked out of the condo at 11:20pm - 1:24 AM with our twin daughters like 90 degrees outside and our car keys and cc were locked in the condo . The call center wasn’t in any hurry to get us back into the condo. The call center said that they were looking at the lock remotely and it had 94 percent charge however there wasn’t any power going to it . We ask the call center if there was anyone on property that could helps us . And they said no there wasn’t anyone. After the locksmith came which took the call center over and hour to even call them to come out he drilled out the door lock and the maintenance person that stays on property came up to find out what was going on . The door was only secured with a dead bolt . They don’t have a emergency plan in place when this happens . Completely not satisfied how this was handled. We couldn’t speak to the property manager the call center wouldn’t give us any info. I hope that the condo owner know who they have managing their property.
