We enjoyed the comfortable condo, the Mountain View’s and the privacy outside the living room…trees and the creek. Loved that every bedroom had their own bathroom. Shopping in Frisco is one our favorites.

This is a nice place to stay with plenty of space, great location and was well appointed. Sleeping was quiet and mostly comfortable. What was disappointing was that the carpet was pretty dirty and the key didn’t work for the front door.

Pre-wedding frolick in Frisco

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The layout of the house provided great separation from living space so those of us who needed a little more rest could get some without interrupting game night with the family. Walking distance to the Main Street in Frisco provided the opportunity to get out, stretch our legs and enjoy all the wonderful little shops. We needed the opportunity for bride, groom, and parents to have some bonding moments before the big day. We left in just the right mood to kick off the wedding festivities the following week.

Great location and vacation rental

Overall this is an awesome stay. Main reason for booking this is for obvious reasons with the location and the number of rooms/bathrooms. The reason for 4 stars is due to the lack of simple routine maintenance and pride that can be taken to make it a 5 star stay especially for the premium price. The kitchen is lacking several simple but essential cooking utensils, Tupperware, tinfoil, etc. some of the showers have loose handles to adjust the temperature and are extremely sensitive so it’s difficult to dial in. Shower heads are very old in some cases and blast out like lasers and could be a very easy and cheap upgrade for this unit. Definitely don’t want to discourage anyone from staying here but just providing constructive feedback.

Frisco condo perfect location

This property was the perfect spot for access to Copper Mountain, A Basin and downtown Frisco. Everything about the unit was as advertised and it was spotless. Very close to the community center where we enjoyed the hot tub after each day of skiing.

Christmas Week of Skiing

Great place in a great location. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our two families with brown kids. Loved that we could walk a block to catch the Copper bus, made it so easy to come and go. Kitchen had everything we needed and the pool, hot tub, game room is right across the driveway, which we used daily.

We had a great time at this property, with a perfect location to access trails, town, fishing, and more. Highly recommend and we hope to be back someday. Clean, comfortable, plenty of space for our growing family of 12.

Large, family friendly, convenient

This is a great property, there was tons of space for all of us to spread out and the clubhouse was a great asset as well. Close to downtown Frisco and the Summit Stage shuttles, but still feels secluded with the mountains and being just a few blocks off Main Street. Would definitely stay here again. Kids loved the main floor and having all the bedrooms upstairs was really nice for kids with different bedtimes.

It's a 4 minute walk to the free Summit Stage bus, which so so convenient. We will definitely stay here again.

Super easy access to Copper Mountain and restaurants along Frisco Historic Main Street. Great selection of cooking utensils for eat-in dinners. Comfortable beds. Garage door height is sufficient to park the car with a box on the roof. Only issue we noted was drainage from roof creating massive frozen puddle at garage opening. This is really hazardous for walking and should be corrected!

The condo is nicer than it appears in the photos. Our only issue was with the dryer. Towels were taking forever to dry and I think the lint trap & dryer vent hose need cleaning out. All in all- a great visit!

Great place for a family vacation

The location was perfect for getting on the highway or walking into town. The only negatives were a grill that barely worked and 1 bedroom that had 2 small windows that barely opened. It was hot so we went out and bought a fan for that room. All the rooms were equipped with humidifiers which were helpful. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

3 night stay in frisco

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 3 nights in June with 3 families. This is a beautiful and very spacious and clean townhome. I would say it is better than what the pictures show. Each of the 3 couples had a private master suite and the kids all loved the bunk room which was very large and a good hangout space for them. The pool and hot tub are just outside the front door in a gated area. The pool was quite warm and it was a great place for us to relax after busy days. I would highly recommend this place to larger groups traveling together. If I had any complaint it would be that you have to drive about 10 min away to the rental company location to check in and check out. It wasn’t a huge inconvenience by any means but it would be nice to have a lock box on site as many other rental properties have. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Overall good site

There were cob webs on light fixtures. Lights are dim in bedrooms. In bunk room bathroom the exhaust fan would not stay on. The beds were comfortable. Hot water supply was good for number of bathrooms and people showering at the same time. It had a lot of space and the number of full bathrooms was great!

Loved being able to walk to Frisco and short drives to Breckenridge, Copper and ABasin. The four master bedrooms with their own bathrooms was a big plus!

Great condo, spacious- clean & safe. Check in & out caused us to drive out to Dillon- then back to breck to ski- contactless entry would have made it much easier
