Stayed with family of five with three grown teenagers, and it was very comfortable and well maintained. Plenty of space and wonderfully furnished. Loved the balcony that overlooked the ocean. Great direct access to the beach and centrally located. Will definitely stay here again!
First thing you notice is the amazing view overlooking the ocean. Second is that the space is much bigger in person than it looks in the photos. All the amenities we needed to cook and clean were provided so we could spend some meals in instead of eating out. Most nights were spent on the balcony enjoying the view with a drink. Recommended!
The condo was awesome, soft closing drawers/cabinets and granite counter tops. There was plenty of seating space and by plenty I mean more than enough for everyone. The views to the ocean were awesome and the complex is great with 3 bbq pits a nice pool w/ deck and private beach access. The staff at Suntide II are so friendly and awesome. I would definitely rent this unit again. The only downside is it doesn't have a washer/dryer, but there is one on every floor and no more than 20ft from the unit.
Upon arrival please check in with Padre Island Rentals at 3100 Padre Blvd. on the corner of Padre Blvd. & Kingfish St. Our office is 1 3/4 miles north of the causeway and one block north of the Blue Marlin supermarket.
After checking in and receiving your parking permit (1 per condo),leaving our front desk office make a right on Padre Blvd. and head north to the intesection of Saturn St. & Padre Blvd. turn right onto Saturn St. and go to the end of the block where Saturn St. ends at Gulf Blvd. The Suntide II entrance is at 4400 Gulf Blvd. Take the elevators to the 4th floor and #ST403 will be on the right side as you step off the elevators.
ONE VEHICLE PER CONDO, SUNTIDE II IS A SMALL COMPLEX WITH LIMITED PARKING. ANY OTHER VEHICLE YOU BRING MUST BE PARKED OUTSIDE OF SUNTIDE II PROPERTY
