Sergio was an excellent host! Check in instructions were clear, concise and work perfectly! His face was clean, matched the pictures, and met our needs perfectly! We will be staying with Sergio again in the future and I would highly recommend him and his space if you’re in Charlotte and need a comfortable walkable place to stay!

Excellent Stay!

We stayed at the studio over the Christmas holidays. The space is warm and inviting and extremely convenient in terms of its central location within Charlotte and the uptown area. Although techincally a studio, there is enough division between the sleeping area and the living room for someone to nap comfortably away from others (as long as quiet is maintained in the main living space). We were also able to entertain a small number of friends on Christmas Eve without feeling cramped. Communications with Sergio were clear and timely and we would definitely stay again in the future.

The host was extremely helpful and communicative. The place was well articulated and had all that was needed for the kitchen. The parking was convenient and appreciated it being inside the garage on the same floor as the residence. We were able to easily explore the city day and night. South End was a nice evening/night area to explore after exploring central city in the day.
