Modern living in the heart of one of Charlotte’s most desirable and safe neighborhoods, Dilworth. Staying in Dilworth offers easy access to many bars, unique restaurants, local coffee shops, boutique filled shopping, and quick access to the city’s largest park, Freedom Park. This is a non-smoking home :)

As a guest of ours, you will have 24-hour access to a fully loaded fitness and conditioning center, a large salt-water swimming pool with sundeck, yoga room, a entertainment lounge, tech lounge with Mac stations and FREE barista coffee bar, rooftop terrace with fireplace, and sky lounge seating with skyline views

Guests will have access to all of our great amenities, including the rooftop terrace, grilling areas, pool, gym, and more. The single key-fob that we provide will grant access to all facilities.

Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the unit. Very close to great restaurants, running trails, emergency services (without being noisy), and gym was a plus. Pool looked amazing but it was still a bit too cold to use. However, unit can use a little TLC (pull out sofa did not work) and cleaning lacked a bit. Only reason it was noticeable is because most furniture and cabinets are white. Would definitely recommend especially if traveling with family. Parking garage felt safe and easy to use.

The location is perfect with a park right across the street beautiful area to walk and stroll. There are also a lot of shops and restaurants across the way. This place is centrally located close to downtown. Parking was very easy to get in and out of, to find a place to park was easy. The host was very responsive. There is a nice balcony that overlooks the pool area. We stayed over Christmas and it was fabulous. It is a nice place to stay for two people!

We stayed here for the Charlotte Marathon and it was the perfect location. We were able to walk to and from the start/finish with no issues. Definitely recommend for a weekend trip to Charlotte!

The condo had a stale old smell to it. I would suggest plug ins or some type of air freshener. The carpet in the bedroom needs to be replaced. It looked terrible and I’m sure the smell in the room was because it needs to be cleaned. The bed was a mattress with no box spring which was not ok for me. The dryer had linens in it. The shower curtain had a mildew smell to it and needs to be laundered. The coffee set up is less than sanitary and the owner should invest in K-cups instead of being cheap. No one wants to fill a reusable k-cup with coffee in a container that has been sitting there for no one knows how long. Living room, kitchen and gym were great. I just think a little more thought and effort should be put into making this beautiful condo better. I got everything I needed from my stay, but I will not return or recommend. Thank you.

This property was just right for my needs. The location is perfect: close to Trader Joe's and several nice restaurants as well. It's on a very nice walking path. The apartment we stayed in was great and had everything. The building amenities are also good as well. On top of that, the host stayed in contact with me throughout our stay to make sure everything was satisfactory and if we needed anything. We enjoyed our stay immensely. There were a few bumps trying to check in but totally my fault. Once we looked at the pictures it was easy. The apartment met expectations and then some. Our view from the balcony was serenely pleasant.We also loved the park across the street and walked there both days. Everything inside the apartment was clean and spotless and we respected how nice the facilities were. Definitely will book again. Oh we Aldi loved that we could walk through the part to the shops.
