The house is great for gathering with family and friends. Spacious and open. The pool, spa and enclosed Lani are wonderful. 2 primary suites with en suites is a very nice touch. Conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, entertainment and church’s. Patio with outdoor kitchen and dining is a definite plus! Kitchen cookware is warm and needs updating.

The house is beautiful! Nice neighborhood. The Lanai, patio, patio furniture, outdoor kitchen, pool and hot tub are wonderful!. Furniture and beds are comfortable. The hot tub section of the pool doesn't get as warm as a separate hot tub would, but its very comfortable. Having 3 bathrooms is a wonderful perk. The kitchen is beautiful, however is equipped with only basic kitchen equipment and kitchen supplies. BYO baggies, food storage, parchment paper, aluminum foil etc. The house is located very close to Aldi, Target, Publix, Dollar store, fast food, restaurants, churches, so you won't have to travel far for anything. The house itself was very clean, however the area rugs were in need of cleaning when we arrived. We have rented this house twice and will be back again next year. We highly recommend this property!
