Million Dollar Views Peaceful & Quiet See the Sedona red rocks like never before

We offer a variety of amenities to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. We provide complimentary high-speed internet access.

Whether this is your first visit, or you have been a guest many times, we want your experience to be excellent. Our staff is always available to help with any questions or concerns you may have. Private studio apt. with million dollar views. You have to see it to believe it. A perfect place to just sit and relax, or explore the area. Close to Jerome, Clarkdale, Cottonwood, and Sedona. A peaceful mountain top getaway.


The Space
Wake up on this million dollar estate with unbelievable views of the Sedona Red Rocks and Mingus mountain. Our nearest neighbor is over a block away. The sunrises and sunsets are great, not to mention the rest of the day! We are about 700 feet higher than the town of Cottonwood below us. You will feel like you are on top of the world. The room has a large king bed with soft sheets and lots of pillows. We also have a twin bed if you need it.

There is a complete kitchen with all the necessities, a fridge (stocked with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, two burner stove with pots and pans etc. A King Size Bed, A full bathroom with a towel heater and fluffy soft towels too. A 32" lcd tv with over 25 channels, a vcr and dvd player with a few movies just in case.

Interaction with Guests
Your privacy is important to us. The studio is 250 feet from the main house. Still we will be happy to help in anyway we can. Whether you need some advice on what to see in the area, or where the best restaurants are. We have a great patio area to sit at and watch the hummingbirds. We opened up our guest studio with hopes of meeting people from all over the world. So where ever your from (near or far) we would love to visit, if you have the time while your here.

The Neighborhood
We live on Mingus Mountain, overlooking Clarkdale and Cottonwood. You can see Camp Verde, Cornville, Village of Oak Creek, Sedona, Flagstaff mountains, Williams mountains etc. It is like living on top of the world.

Getting Around
Plenty of parking at the house. A shuttle is available from the Phoenix airport to Cottonwood, we would be glad to give you a ride from there.

Other Things to Note
The water is from a private well and tastes great.

Sorry we don't allow pets. No smoking in the Studio. Please be considerate of others. Quiet time is between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.

We live on Mingus Mountain, overlooking Clarkdale and Cottonwood. You can see Camp Verde, Cornville, Village of Oak Creek, Sedona, Flagstaff mountains, Williams mountains etc. It is like living on top of the world. We are centrally located, so everything is close by. Sedona is 25 - 30 minutes away, Jerome 15 minutes, and Cottonwood is 10 minutes away.
