THE SPACE:
This is a spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite. Areas include:

✔ Living room: couch, 4K Ultra HD Roku Smart TV and coffee table.
✔ Kitchenette: dining table, mini fridge, microwave, coffee station with supplies
✔ Bathroom: large space with stand-in shower, separate lavish bathtub, and even a complimentary bidet next to the toilet to satisfy any mood you're in
✔ Master bedroom: open, roomy space with a King sized bed, a comfy sofa chair, full length mirror, cabinet space, and a nightstand with a USB port to charge your electronics
✔ Views: from the large back window, you'll be able to spot two MKE landmarks: the Allen-Bradley Clock Tower & the Hoan Bridge
✔ If you book for a week or longer, washer & dryer access will be available. Ask me for details!

An inflatable Queen sized air mattress is also available if needed.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have access to the entire upstairs suite area, backyard and private parking slab. Fast, reliable WiFi is available! The basement, garage and closets in the upstairs suite are off limits as they are utilized by the hosts.

If you book for a week or longer, washer & dryer access will also be available.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
✔ The home is a duplex, so you will possibly be sharing the backyard space with other guests. Please ensure to keep noise at a reasonable level and follow our house rules for quiet hours.
✔ The upstairs is completely private and separated by a locking door. You will have your own designated parking space and back door entrance.
✔ This is a pet friendly unit! We allow one pet up to 40 lbs. Please let us know if you intend on bringing a pet and make sure to register them when booking as there is a $50 pet fee.
✔ For your protection and ours, we have four Ring cameras in the exterior of the property (two in the front, one in the backyard and one in the parking slab next to the garage). We take security seriously - we’re not spying on you!

Historic Walker’s Point is located in the heart of MKE, minutes from downtown! It’s the oldest neighborhood in town, so as you walk by you will notice a lot of the homes have their original charm. Traditionally, it has been known as a melting pot for the working class and the community places emphasis on culture & creatives. It also helps that the Walker’s Point is recognized as a central hub for foodies! We strongly encourage you to eat, drink, and shop local.

What makes this property unique

The home is from 1880 and although it's been fixed up, we made sure to keep a lot of its original charm. From the bidet to lavish tub, this place is meant to be relaxing.
