Lovely Pool, Walk to Beach, located btwn West Bay & West End

Beautiful infinity edge pool with tanning ledge! The villa was constructed among and around the existing trees on the property with the intent to preserve true beauty and nature. With expansive deck spaces furnished with hammocks, lounge chairs or a hanging bed to take in the views of the beautiful canopy that surrounds the home. Located in charming, well established neighborhood.

The main level features an open, airy kitchen/dining/living space with soaring ceilings and windows, really giving it that ‘bringing the outside in’ feel and a queen bedroom with deck access, full-size bathroom and laundry room. There is ample deck space off the main living area for lounging and dining.

The upper level features a king bedroom and bathroom with its own private deck space and a large bonus room with a balcony for additional guests, office space, etc. that is open to the living room below.

Should you have a larger group, nestled below the villa is a 1bed/1bath fully furnished apartment available to rent (The Pearl). The apartment has a separate, private access, complete with a full-size kitchen, living space and great deck space with an outdoor shower. Please inquire for availability and pricing to rent with the main villa.

Located off of West Bay Road, right before the lighthouse. The neighborhood is surrounded by boutique resorts and many places for dining and hanging-out, all just a short walk down and along the beach. At the beach and to the left, you will find the following:


Dana's: Small, local café serving Honduran favorites. (5 min walk)
Luna Muna restaurant at Ibagari Boutique Hotel (10 min walk)
Beach Grill at Blue Roatan Resort (10 min walk)
Lotus restaurant at Xbalanque Boutique Hotel (10 min walk)
Sea Salt: Fine Dining Beach Bistro (12-15 min walk)

For Divers, there is a neighborhood dive center, Clearwater Dive Center, only 5 min walk from the villa. Clearwater Adventures was established in 2014 and remains a well-known and established center that not only serves tourists and locals alike but also support nearby resorts.

Other things to note:
Electricity is private on the island and quite expensive. We kindly ask that you be mindful of electricity usage during your stay by turning off lights, fans and AC while not needed or when you head out for the day.

We have a Paddleboard stored underneath the Clearwater Adventures building at the beach for your use. Paddle and carry strap are at the house with the beach items.

The yard is fully fenced should you bring along your furry friends.

Several restaurants on the island are 'cash only', so please make sure to have some cash on hand. USD is widely accepted. Some restaurants will also accept cash transfer apps. Small bills are perfect for water taxis.
