Mini Cabin with Pickle ball court !

Summary:

Quaint and Cozy Cabin on Historic Main Street with King Size Bed and Sofa Sleeper sleeps 4! This Rustic, yet Modern Cabin is on the same 3/4 Acre property as the Pieper Mansion, (originally built in 1893) and the Adobe "Mud House" (built in 1882). Local Shopping ,Restaurants and Green Valley Lakes /Park are just steps away. *Small Dogs are allowed, 25lbs strict limit. Please notify us if you are bringing your dog because you must agree to the Pet Policy Agreement prior to your stay and pay the $100 Pet Fee. Check in at 3 p.m. and check out at 11 a.m.



The Space:

This Quaint and Cozy Cabin allows Small Dogs, 25 lbs max. Please understand we are strict with this policy due to the small space. No cats allowed. (Breed Restrictions Apply). The pet fee is $100 per stay (2 dogs max) You must agree to the Pet Policy and Pay the Pet Fee prior to your stay. Therefore, please inform us if you have a Pet staying with you. Cabin 3 is located on 3/4 Acre property shared with other Cabins. This Cabin is a Clean, Cozy, Cottage feel. The Bedroom has a King Size Bed,dresser, nightstand & Large Screen TV. In the Living Room area is a Sofa Sleeper with a recently Upgraded Full Memory Foam Mattress **Please let us know if you will be using the Sofa Bed so we can be sure to supply the bedding prior to your arrival**, A Large wall mounted TV and Dining Table with 4 Chairs are in the Living Room area. Also included is a Toaster Oven, Antique Style Mini Fridge, Microwave, Keurig coffee machine, plates, bowls , cups, mugs, utensils and Sink. Internet is provided. Two Gas Grills are available outside for Guests to use as well as a Large Wood Fire Pit (Fire restrictions may apply in dry seasons) NEW Pickle ball court, ping pong table, and gazebo with outdoor seating is available for all cabin guest to use!

The Neighborhood:

Payson's location, being very near to the geographic center of Arizona, has been called "The Heart of Arizona". The Historic Main Street in Payson Arizona boasts Antique Shops and other Locally Owned stores, Coffee Shops and Restaurants. Green Valley Lakes/Park is within walking distance of cabins and hosts many special events throughout the year! From Fourth of July celebration and fireworks, splash pad during the summer months, ice skating and Paysons annual Electric Light parade in December! All parades come right in front of the cabins! Plus many more! There are many Hiking trails for all levels within a short drive from cabins. The Tonto Natural Bridge State Park is just 22 minutes away! We have a guide book as well with recommendations for places to eat and visit! Keep an eye out for Elk in the early morning and early evening! Especially down by Green Valley Lakes!



Getting Around:

Walking, Hiking and Driving are the preferred methods to experience this Piney Mountain Town. Along Main Street and beyond, Payson offers Shopping and Dining that compliment your stay with us. Take a 10 minute walk to visit the Parks and Recreation office at Green Valley Park to get your fishing license and enjoy the sunset on the lake. Approximately 20 minutes away, you can choose to visit The Tonto Natural Bridge State Park or Water Wheel Trail. Both are very exciting places for all. Visit the Payson Visitor Center and discover more trails!



Other Things to Note:

Our Cabins are designed for the Adventurer in Mind. Although each of our Cabins do not offer a Stove or Oven, they come equipped with a Microwave to Heat your food and 2 Gas BBQ Grills , and outdoor seating for your daily use. This Cabin has an updated, Memory Foam Pull out Sofa Bed. **Please let us know if you are going to use it so we may provide the bedding prior to your arrival.**Free Parking for ATV Trailers is available . No Smoking of any kind is permitted on property.
