Treeage #2 is everything you need in a Short Term Rental! Whether it is business or pleasure bringing you to Johnson City, this home provides everything you would need during your stay here. This home features high ceilings, a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area, a washer / dryer, wireless internet, a Roku for streaming, a large parking area, a pack-n-play and highchair for the kids, a National Park style charcoal BBQ, a full sized mirror and all the basics you could need during your stay. This home is located on the bottom floor of a house the is split up into 3 different suites.

The place was extremely clean and the host was very responsive with my inquiries. I only stayed a few days so this minimalist place was super perfect for what I needed! Everything i needed was there, would stay again 100%. Also, there was a white noise machine which was a nice to have, didn't realize how nice it was to use until I used it.

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this unit and the third time I’ve stayed in one of this company’s properties. This is one is my favorite!! It’s always clean and has everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s close to everything, easy to find, and in the best neighborhood! The guy upstairs did snore pretty loud some nights, but there is a white noise machine in the drawer and a fan in the closet, so I was able to block it out.

We love this little hide-away space in Johnson City tree streets. It is clean, functional & comfortable. It’s very conveniently located to downtown & the university. It is also very quiet & private.

Wonderful accommodations for a weekend visit to ETSU! Unit was just as descibed on the lower level of a cute home right beside the university. Clean, comfortable and walking distance from several food establishments and coffee shops. Communication from the host was spot on. We would recommend and return!

We had a great stay in Johnson City. The rooms were well stocked with everything you need, from the kitchen to the bathroom to the laundry. It was clean, and well-located on a lovely street near the ETSU dorms. Would recommend!!!

Great location!

I loved the location! My daughter is a student at ETSU and it so close to campus! Loved everything about our stay except I felt check out time is a bit early. Will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Great Place

Place was great, easy check in. Knocked off one star because you do get a lot of noise from upstairs (eg. someone playing guitar and singing at 10:30pm and footsteps during the morining) Otherwise perfect place.
