We thought this place had some great perks. It was so pretty and thoughtfully decorated , and very clean! The only negative was the night noise. Between the " night racing" outside the building and the train barrelling through, it made for a difficult sleep. If you love downtown vibes, it is great. We would recommend a stay in the country for old folks like us!
Condo is exactly as pictured. Nicely decorated, open and very comfortable! Lots of dining options right downstairs or a short walking distance from complex. We're in town often and would stay again.
The condo was comfortable, and the location was perfect. There are several restaurants/pubs within walking distance, and it is not far from the ETSU campus.Checking in and checking out was simple, and the host kept in contact with us and promptly responded to any questions that I had. I highly recommend this property if you find yourself in Johnson City!

Many dining options available within walking distance. Good dining as well. Breweries nearby. Apartment was decorated very tasteful and urban. A very nice weekend getaway. Definitely would do again.
I was lucky enough to find this property for a 30 day stay in downtown Johnson City. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay where everything I needed and wanted was at my fingertips. It was secure and near all the places I spent my free time, walking, eating and drinking. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Glad you enjoyed it! We hope to host you again in the future!
Our son moved to Johnson City last year, and we don’t get to see him nearly as much as we’d like. So, when the opportunity arose to stay nearby, we jumped at it!
This beautiful home was everything we expected and more. With fantastic dining, shopping, and hiking options just around the corner, it felt like the perfect getaway.
We did encounter a few hiccups with our heating on what turned out to be the first real day of freezing temperatures. But I have to say, their team was incredible! They were prompt in bringing us space heaters until our heating was fixed—same day service!
Despite that little blip, we absolutely enjoyed our stay and truly didn’t want to leave. The home is stunning and so welcoming; you can feel the love poured into every detail.
If you’re considering a trip to Johnson City, look no further—you won’t regret choosing this gorgeous and perfectly placed home for your stay! ❤️✨

We love being part of happy memories—come back anytime!
We stayed here this past weekend while in town for the beer festival at Founder’s Park, and the location couldn’t have been better—close to shopping, restaurants, breweries, and more.Parking was easier than expected. We found a spot across from Red Meze later in the evening, and there are also street and public parking options within a couple of blocks. The loft was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The AC was already on when we arrived, which was a great touch. The bed and pillows were especially comfortable, and I appreciated the full-length mirror in the bedroom. The windows are set high, so there’s no real view, but they bring in plenty of natural light. There is some road noise at night, but it didn’t bother us.The adjustable lighting made the space feel cozy in the evenings, and the host was very communicative with clear, easy instructions. If you’re new to the area, check out Southern Craft, Label, or Freiberg’s for food, and Fearless Coffee Kitchen for coffee or brunch. Lots of cute shops nearby too.Overall, super convenient and a great stay—I’d definitely book again.
The property was very well appointed, with about everything you could possibly need. It was decorated very nicely. The location was very convenient. Having windows that you can actually see out of would have been nice. We are in our mid 70's, so parking was not as close as we would have liked. Lots of car and train noise at night.
Beautiful space very well done very comfortable. Stocked with everything that you would need. Perfect downtown location . Responsive host. Had a great stay.
