Juliana's home is beautiful and very clean. We loved the patio and the primary bedroom ensuite. Great walk in shower. Would definitely stay again.

Good property.

Very impressed with the condition and cleanliness of this home. Quiet, safe neighborhood too. There is some construction and repairs being made to homes damaged by the hurricane last Fall.

Well kept house in a nice and quiet neighborhood.

The house is very clean and well kept. Kitchen has all of the necessary components to make meals at the home. Spacious living room and nice enclosed porch for relaxing. The neighborhood was a low traffic area; great for kids and taking walks.

We were for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house for 6 adults….. We were very disappointed, it said 3 bedrooms with the 3rd bedroom 2 twin! Beware the 3rd bedroom is not a bedroom at all, it actually is a small office with all windows and a door leading out to the lanai. The door has no covering and the windows were mesh blinds! Be sure to turn the lights off while getting dress because you can see straight in through the mesh blinds! The beds are a futon and a trifle bed which is super uncomfortable, the pillows are thin hard as a rock 2 of them together don’t even make a decent pillow!We were a party of 6 but it only had 3 wash clothes in the entire place, so we had to buy some!!The grill racks are a rusty mess so we didn’t even use themThere is a tv in living room and 1 in master bedroom only!The ice maker on refrigerator jammed every time you used it so that was a waste.The tires on the bikes were flat and nothing to pump them up so we had to bother a neighbor for a pump!The back yard was a super disappointment there is no view of the front of the golf course or any lush greenery as advertised instead you look at a row of hedges about 3 feet from the lanai, if that wasn’t there you stare into the neighbors house/yard! It was quite chilly at night in Florida when we were there, but don’t depend on the fireplace as advertised there nothing hooked up to it!The house is gorgeous inside but beware of what they advertise, mostly not true! Most disappointing Vrbo ever!

Overall good

We used to live around the corner from this property so we were very familiar with the area. The location is good and easy to get to the north side of Zephyrhills or saw city and Wesley chapel/Tampa. The listing is accurate. Communication was easy. The only issue we had is the house smelled like smoke whenever we came in after having been shut up. We don't smoke and my middle child has asthma so it irritated him a lot. Not sure if a previous guest or a previous owner smoked in the back porch or inside but it was frustrating. Other than that, everything was fine.

Thank you for staying with us, we took care of your concern regarding the smell, we just figured out what happened and from where that smoke appeared, the contractors who were replacing the roof and painted inside the house smoked at our property without our permission and we were not aware about it, we ordered a deep cleaning service and cleaned /sanitized duct pipes. We would be glad to see you again in the future!

Great place, but missing some of the "niceittys"

We had some issues and Julianna was great! The only thing not fixable was the smell of smoke. She said she is getting the sofa and all cleaned. The house is as expected. Third bedroom is more of a porch, with see thru shades is all. We flew in, so the missing things I have had at many other houses, made it even worse. This is not a complaint, but to help others (most of my rentals had all this and more). Here is what we missed: Each bed had only one (hard) pillow per person, no blanket, either sheet or heavy quilt, no washcloths, no shower supplies (liquid hand soap only), no nightlights, fridge and pantry are basically empty, no napkins, kleenex, or paper plates, only one hair dryer in the house, and lol, no welcome basket. We went out and bought alot of this stuff, and found pillows to borrow from a family member. I think this is a newer host. But, I am hoping my comments help her, and others wondering what to bring.

This house was perfect for our recent stay in Zephyrhills. The kitchen was well stocked and the living room spacious.The bedrooms were a great size and very comfortable. Our host provided a quick response when a question arose during our stay. It’s reassuring to have a host that values their guests.
