Welcome to a cozy tiny home tucked in Mentone, Alabama. Surrounded by trees and nature, this inviting getaway offers a mix of rustic simplicity and modern essentials—perfect for families, couples, and friends looking to unwind in a peaceful mountain setting. Most cars can easily access the home and nearby attractions. There is no public transportation in the area, so having your own vehicle or renting one is recommended.

➤ Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted.
➤ No third-party bookings (must book under your own account).
➤ No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (candles, incense, sage).
➤ Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. Please keep noise to a minimum.
➤ No pets are allowed.
➤ We have an EV charger available upon request.
➤ The neighboring home has chickens and ducks you may see and hear during your stay. The turkey is always looking for photo ops and selfies with the guest.

1. Cancellation Policy for Direct Booking Long-Term Reservations (30 days or more):

• For reservations of 30 days or longer, a separate cancellation policy applies.
• Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
• A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations made 13 days or fewer before the scheduled check-in date.

2. Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival.

3. If you are local and / or under the age of 23 please notify us before making your reservation.

4. We will charge a small, non-refundable damage waiver fee to cover any potential accidental property damage during your stay. This fee replaces the traditional security deposit.

5. We would like to inform you that for direct bookings, a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform`s cancellation policy.

6. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud.

7. No parties or events allowed.

8. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.

9. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.

10. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.

11. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 10:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them.

12. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in).

13. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property.

14. The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit.

15. No pets are allowed.

16. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.

17. For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera.

Great Stay in Great Place!

We really enjoyed our stay at this tiny home! It was a perfect place to chill and rest while we were exploring Mentone and Fort Payne! We would definitely stay here again!

Fun tiny home

Great little place for a small group. Very clean and nicely equipped. Cute decor. Very close to great restaurants and little shops. Also near pretty waterfalls!
