I was not really happy with a service that hotel charge and what's provided.
The room was dirty and 8 days no buddy come to clean up. If office design to do any thing in room you stay no body information me up front they're just come to the apartment and would like to do things rhigt a way no matter if you ready or not. The noise was all the time. Thank you
sorry the studio is not in hotel-program,you paid only 1/3 of the hotel rate,daily cleaning is not included in your package, I think you are dirty travelers and do not take care of the property of others,,,Charles
The property is good
The property is in a good condition. The check in was smooth. Nice ocean view from the balcony. Location is convenient for shopping and restaurants. The condo is equipped with everything to live without problem. All services provided by hotel were good.

Amazing View if you can deal with untrained valet and hotel mishaps.
I recommend not checking into the Ramada as a condo guest after normal business hours. We checked in late on a Friday night and the valet refused to park my rental car. I had to pri across the street in a parking garage for $2/ hr. When I spoke with the Hotel night manager, he apologized but did. It attempt to correct the situation, only advising me to try again in the morning.
I was finally able to park for the $20 a day rather than 2/hr the following day when the valet manager assisted me.
The Wednesday during our stay the Hotel had to turn the water off to the entire building for about 5 hours which was insanely inconvenient. An exterminator also came in to spray for bugs. I noticed cockroaches near the trash chute at the other end of the hall, right before they came in to spray.
The shower curtain in the condo was moldy (gross)!
The pizzeria in the basement had good food and was fairly reasonable.
Overall, we made the best of our trip. The balcony, easy access to the pool deck and beach was the best part of the trip. The small studio did what we needed it to do at an affordable price. I do recommend that the owner change the shower curtain. My other complaints are for Ramada, Marco Polo, management.

Great beach location and large well appointed pool and lounging area.
Charles was very helpful when I contacted him several times. His condo is in the Ramada Marco Polo Sunny Isles. The location is good-4 blocks South are a good selection of restaurants, grocery store, banks, fast food and pharmacies. The resort itself is a little dated, but they keep it up well. Parking is $20 per day, valet. The beach bar serves pretty good food, but drinks are expensive (beer-$8, cocktails $12). I carry a small soft-sided cooler inside a beach bag to avoid the security people. There is a pizza joint in the basement and a bar with food on the main level. Skip the breakfast buffet--unless you like Comfort Inn Lobby style breakfasts. The room is comfortable with a good side view of the beach from the balcony. The room could use a little freshening up, but it served it's purpose. Overall, a good value.
