This rental served its purpose for us and was comfortable. It was a bit noisy with different renters downstairs. If you cook a lot (like we did), the kitchen is not well stocked and required some acquisitions. We had to clean most of the dish ware before using.

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Clean and comfortable. Also a good location for our needs, easy access to shopping and dining. The host is friendly, approachable, helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again if/when we are back in the area!

We arrived to dirty dishes in the dishwasher, no spare paper towels with only a few left in the roll. Tons of peeling paint and dilapidated porch & balcony. No electric outlets working in one bedroom (extension cord from the master room with a surge protector), no lemon pepper but 3 bottles of harlic salt?!!!!??? and instructions for us not to stomp because of people below... but obviously no instructions for people below to not be load). I needed an inexpensive and reasonable place for a week. It was livable, but I'll never rent it again.

Hello Jason, the dishes were clean and had just been run through the dishwasher. We also provided 1.5 rolls of paper towel. The condiments are freebies, guests usually buy their own. I apologize about the noise from the guests downstairs but they also mentioned your group screaming and stomping many times, along with cigarettes being thrown around the property. Otherwise, we will work to improve the house. Thank you.

Great Place

We really enjoyed staying at the upstairs apartment. My brother and his wife as well as my son came from Germany to celebrate my grandson's high school graduation. We stayed almost a week. Everyone loved staying at the apartment. We enjoyed the large size, the porch, and the quiet location. The apartment isn't far from grocery stores, SEATAC airport, Seattle and Mount Rainier. Thank you for giving us a great place to stay!

Minimalist house!

Lots of stairs, lots of rules, broken bathtub faucet,Minimal towels, no hand towels, no washcloths, not enough pillows,No bar soap or body wash, no Kleenex, very minimal on everything! Very good communication with host!

Entry stairs were very steep, not up to code. Electrical outlets not working in two bedrooms, using extension cords for power supply. Lamp is the main bedroom was broken, and twin beds in two bedrooms not adequate for adults. Also access to laundry was ridiculous, outside through a gate, around to the backyard that was like a jungle of weeds. Front yard not mowed for weeks.

The host, Kalina was great. We were in an upstairs unit. Very responsive to questions. House in great neighborhood, our second summer staying there for a month. Dryer broke down and Host got a new one delivered by day 2. Great location, close to food, gas, shopping. Overall it was a great stay. Would definitely book again.
