As a curator of fine vacation rentals along Florida's Gulf Coast, Pinkie made her personal mission to visit each and every one.

Within walking distance to many Seagrove institutions, this popular spot is a great place to explore, dine and enjoy live entertainment. Check put the Donut Hut for a beach breakfast, or the ever-popular Café 30A, famous for its coastal chic ambience and eclectically-appealing menu. “I love the dueling pianos at Olde Florida Fish House!” exclaimed Pinkie. “The beaches are simply stellar and isn't that why we are really here? With sweeping panoramic views from all 3 levels of the townhome, guests will feel like it is their own little slice of paradise. The private beach steps just off the back lead down to the sugary white sands where recreational opportunities are really endless.

You cannot beat this location! If you want lots of beach time, a beautiful view, peace and quiet look no further. There are dining options within a quick bike ride or walk.

Location was amazing! The unit was clean and on a quiet private road so it was super quiet. The kitchen needs some updating to the cookware and some additional everyday use items, it wasn’t great for cooking in because of the lack of supplies but otherwise it was a great stay.

Overall a Fantastic Trip!!! Loved how close we were to everything. Only downside was so many stairs (but, at least I got my exercise, lol). Will definitely stay again...

Great place, Awesome location!

Great place, plenty of room for 6 people, clean, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Convenient location, local seafood market (2 minutes away walking), Publix is 5 minutes away driving. And you can't beat the awesome beach and the ocean. Will definitely be back to this place!

Amazing experience

My wife and I stayed here for a honeymoon. It was fantastic! The views are amazing from the balcony, the location is perfect, so close to so many good local restaurants. Pinkie responded to any concerns we had and was a great host. Hoping to book again for a future trip!

Great spot on beach

Great spot right on the beach. One thing we wish we'd known ahead of time is that the public beach access is close by, so you'll likely have a crowd on the beach. It's not as bad as being at a high-rise, but it's not your own private slice of beach.

Excellent Seagrove Property

Beautiful place with ocean views and beach access which exceeded our expectations. We had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrellas. The master bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony sipping wine and watching dolphins swim by. It was a perfect location close to restaurants and 30A bike trails. We would definitely rent it again. I highly recommend it.

Great stay!

The townhouse has been tastefully updated. Renters are rough on kichenware, but there were seemingly new coffee makers to suit your preference. We started off with a couple hiccups that the host promptly resolved. Space was clean with more than "starter" supplies like soap and trash bags, so we even had some things that we often forget. Location is great with walking distance to restaurants and bike rental. Beach chair and umbrella rental available out on beach which was good for us but might be a nuisance for others. We would go back!

Great Stay on 30A

Loved our stay on 30A! This rental was the perfect location for a girls weekend and it is right on the beach which was amazing. I am only giving it 4 stars though because the unit still needs a little love and was not completely up to my usual standards. It had almost all of the basic necessities but not enough hand soap, which seemed odd. All of the soaps were almost empty when we arrived. The floors could have also been vacuumed over again because I kept seeing random hairs that were not mine, and to top it off I killed a roach as well. Overall, I would still stay here again if the unit was a little cleaner.

Somewhat disappointed

Great location, but mold on walls and ceiling in two bathrooms. The master bathroom smelled terrible. The windows/doors to balcony leak. We had a storm one night and I spent time soaking up water and washing towels after cleaning. I did message the host through my VRBO app with no response. Probably will not stay again.

Hi and thank you for coming. We have addressed this issue completely as it is actually mildew and very common in the Florida with the high humidity. It is nothing fresh paint and bleach could not handle...all has been refreshed and I invite you back. Pinkie:)))

Great location and view

Condo could use some updating. Carpet on stairs isn't in the best shape. Living room sofa smells like mildew. Showers need updated/replaced. Definetly need a bigger TV in the living room and wouldn't hurt in the master bedroom either. Overall the condo was clean and the view and location are wonderful. Internet super fast for streaming services. Everything we needed upon arrival was provided (towels, dishes, toiletries, beach chairs, etc.) The area was quite and without disturbances during our stay. I would stay again if the price was cheaper. The price point didn't seem to live up to our expectations based on past rentals we've stayed in.

Mold

We read about the mold issue comments from a previous guest and reached out to the host. We were assured the problems had been corrected. When we arrived we could smell the mildew and mold when we open the door. When we went to the bathrooms, we saw visible black staining on the ceilings and walls. We went to the grocery store and purchased cleaner with bleach and sprayed on the walls so we could stay that night We contacted the company and they sent a cleaning crew out to fix the situation Is the problem will return if the root causes not remedied It’s a shame we enjoyed the location and the house, but this one issue was pretty severe

Hi Scott...I do appreciate your concerns! I can assure you this has been identified as mildew NOT mold. We have aggressively attacked this situation which results from high humidity. In addition, we are painting the bathrooms with antimicrobial/anti-mildew paint and resealing the vent fan/ducts in the bathrooms to help with moisture build up. We feel we have found the root cause of this issue and gotten it dealt with. Please come back to see us and check it all out. Pinkie:)))
