Lovely home with lots of natural light, nice location, and comfortable. Loved the front porch, jetted tub and large table for game night. Nice little ice cream shop in walkable distance. Had a great time with family. Would stay again.

Nice and Cozy

It was nice. I was disappointed with the limited amount of blankets, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent and a few other things for use for 8 people. Some of the things were broken( handles on dressers etc.) , not enough dishes and coffee cups . But overall it was a nice place.

Cutest house and great location!

This was the cutest house we have ever stayed in! It was truly was a great spot to stay. The house has a wrap around porch with swing. We loved relaxing on the porch just people watching. The house is very open with beautiful furnishings. We liked the access to restaurants, the beach and shopping. The shuttle was helpful and friendly. The pools were very nice too. I would return!

Family vacation

We loved the house, it’s the second time we have stayed for Thanksgiving. However, the house needs some attention. Paint inside is peeling, blinds don’t work, furniture is broken, outside light is out, and front steps are broken. Great house and location, but the condition of house is not so great.

Absolutely AMAZING!

The property is fantastic! We couldn't have loved it anymore! Very clean, relaxing, and newly remodeled. A great size for my husband, myself and our two children. Love the attention to detail and responsiveness of owners. So close to the pool and beach too! Just steps away from the tram stop. We will definitely return to this property again! Thank you!

A great stay with teenagers

We loved the space! The natural light that came through all the windows and the design of the house felt luxurious and was a perfect stay for us. It was clean, and equipped with the amenities that are important, like a good coffee maker! :) It was a quaint spot in a quiet welcoming neighborhood that felt very restful. within a short 5 min walk we were in the midst of wonderful restaurants, shopping, the energy of excitement in the air and the ocean. It was a wonderful space to bring teens, they effortlessly wanted to get off their phones and go outside and see all the opportunity that awaited us. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely perfect!!

Everything was perfect. Check in was easy, the house was very clean and kitchen had everything we needed! We took a quick weekend trip getaway and could not have been more pleasantly surprised with this property. I’m not one to usually book a house as I prefer a hotel just for consistency and “knowing what you are going to get.” The beds were comfortable, the sheets were clean and crisp, bathrooms were emaculate! The location is just steps from Main Street seacrest. It took no more than 3-4 minutes walk to get there. The trolly pick up is close by also which takes you directly to the beach. There is a large front porch with a swing and plenty of seating. We enjoyed afternoons on the porch people watching. I highly recommend this property!

A fixer upper but loved the stay overall

This property in its hey day must have been very well appointed. 22 years after being built, it’s showing a few signs of wear and tear.the property needs a little work on exterior and interior. Light bulbs missing from master bath, light bulb blown in kitchen pendent lights. Wood floors are cupped due to high moisture content and home feels general dampness or high humidity. The ice maker dispenser was frozen over and coffee table pretty wobbly! The floor plan is great and we enjoyed the overall layout; the location of the property and proximity to pool and amenities are unbeatable. Loved the wrap around porch. We would definitely come back but looking at the overall pricing for the year I think there are better options for the money in high season but if you can get a deal in low season probably worth it.

Good and bad

Overall the location, size , layout and cleanliness were good. There were several areas of the house that needed attention. Flaky paint in many areas. The baseboard was coming off the walls in a lot of different areas. Holes in the walls everywhere. The flooring in the entire house was warped and caused some of the doors to drag on the ground. And there was an ant problem which they never addressed. While this didn’t ultimately ruin the stay it just would have been nice if these areas would have been addressed. However the AC went out 4 different times in a 24 hr period. Luckily I knew how to fix the issue (which I did, 4 different times) but it took them about 30 hrs to get someone out there. Had I not been able to temporarily fix the issue each time it would have been extremely hot in the house and would have been miserable. They offered a 1/2 off night stay, or a 2 hr late check out. So not a very good experience when it came to customer service.

Dirty house start to finish

When my friends and I checked in to the house, used sheets were piled on all of the unmade beds, the bathrooms had towels on the floor, and the hold house smelled and was prop ably 80 degrees inside. The property CLEARLY had not been cleaned from the last guests despite the property manager communicating it was ready for hour stay. After two unanswered phone calls, an unanswered message on VRBO, and finally an answered email, they dispatched a cleaning crew that took an additional two hours to clean the property. We weren’t able to actually use the house until AFTER check in time. Once we were in the house, we still found issues. There were stains on some of the bed sheets and visible mold on the shower curtain. When I told the property management company about both they were unresponsive. The location of this house was amazing, extremely walkable to the town and beach. We thrillingly enjoyed the front porch (though it too was riddled with carpenter bees). But everything inside this house and the communication of the host was DISAPPOINTING and not worth the money.

Great location but cockroach infested

Family vacay with 5 adults and a 9-month old infant for 4 nights/5 days (Mon-Fri). Property's location was great and the property was in decent shape. Would've been 4 stars if it weren't for the cockroaches. Late Wednesday evening of our stay, we saw a cockroach in the kitchen, which we terminated. I notified that property manager the following morning and they offered a 2hr late checkout if we didn't mention the cockroach in the review. We thought that was unprofessional but initially agreed since we needed to kill time before our 4pm flight on Friday. At this point we thought it was a one off occurrence and that we terminated the 1 cockroach. The next day, we see 2 more cockroaches in the bathroom (only terminated 1). At this point, I realized that it was not a one off occurrence but my 9 month old infant has been crawling over same floor with the cockroaches. I immediately contacted the property manager and then from this point, they stopped responding. I continued reaching out to get this addressed but would not hear back. Add another cockroach sighting on checkout day.. I kept reaching out even a week after checkout with hopes that they could make this right, and when they finally responded, they said they won't do anything. I usually do not like to leave bad reviews and try be understanding, but felt like I didn’t have any other options and tried my best to work with them.
