I rented the property for my family that was coming from out of state for my wedding. We wanted to all be together for a few days leading up to the wedding and the few days after. There was plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. It was a central location to downtown as well as the church and venue for the wedding. We really enjoyed our stay.

This property was exactly as described! Everything was very clean and there was way more kitchen utensils, pans, seasonings, etc than we were expecting. We had a group of 13 men all in our 30’s and never once did we feel like we were cramped or stepping on each others toes. I don’t feel like the pictures did the home justice. We would definitely book here again.

Great option for big group of guys

I am typically not a vrbo guy so I was initially hesitant to book this, but stayed here with group of 11 guys for a golf trip and we all enjoyed the house. Didn’t feel like a crusty vrbo where everyone had to ration toiletries and towels. Would definitely book again!

Memorable ACL weekend

Taking my teenage kids to ACL was a bucket list and this property did not disappoint. Everyone had their own bed. The room with 3 sets of bunks is a game changer with a group of kids! The covered patio was perfect for after festival fun! I would absolutely use this again for a large group.

Home away from home

This was an amazing experience for me and my friends mind you there was 11 of us. Easy process to check in and out easy process to clean up, so much entertainment available at the stay. One of our friends wanted all the info on it because he noticed how there was basically unlimited towels! Essentials were also available. It was also prime location. Everything was about 5-10 min away.

Fantastic property, location, and hosts

Great stay! The house was fun and quite roomy. Stocked kitchen - we prepared a feast a had everything we needed. Comfy beds too. Hosts were responsive and helpful when we needed one simple item addressed. The outdoor space was so fun too. We walked to several meals, great neighborhood! If I have a big group next time I come back to Austin, this is the place I'll try to book first!

Great stay!

Thad was an excellent host. He was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and extremely accommodating. He checked in regularly to make sure we were enjoying our stay and stocked the house with all essentials. This house was perfect for my bachelor party and I’d highly recommend it to others needed it for similar situations.
