This was the most amazing place we’ve rented through VRBO. We were in awe of how cool the decor was. We actually wanted to just stay inside and not go anywhere! It had everything we needed, and the beds were so comfortable. I hope I have another reason to visit Johnson city again, we LOVED this place!

The nicest vacation rental I’ve ever stayed at! Convenient location, spotlessly clean and so comfortable! I’d rate the host with a 12/10 as well, he was so helpful and very quick to answer any questions. I highly recommend staying here…definitely one of the nicest rentals in Johnson City, TN.

The condo was amazing!!!! We were there for our son's JUCO College world series tournament. The location was perfect. Right in the middle of town close to a bunch of restaurants that are walking distance. The place was roomy and really decorated amazing!!!!! There are a lot of hiking trails close by.

This place is like a museum! Fabulous decor! Pictures don't do it justice and it's more spacious than you'd think. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. It is also well stocked on basic needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!!!

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this very unique historic loft in downtown Johnson City. It was in a great location and had the speakeasy feel which was really neat. The owner David was great about communicating with us and the place was very well kept and organized. We’ll hopefully be back in the future!

Amazing Speak Easy

This listing is spot on, best VRBO we have ever stayed in. Truly an amazing place we will be back as often as it’s available. The decor nailed a speak easy from the 20’s, 30’s era. The location is wonderful, walking distance of numerous restaurants and bars. We had a fantastic stay, highly recommend.

One of a kind experience

This place was amazing and the host was very hospitable and fantastic to deal with. I highly recommend this very unique place and settled perfectly within walking distance to many downtown social attractions in Johnson City, TN.

A Great Getaway!

The hosts were great and very responsive to our questions. A super unique experience and decor that completes the speakeasy vibe. Plenty of room and a huge kitchen for entertaining family and guests. Walking distance to a number of restaurants. HIGHLY recommended! witaweawesome decor

Outstanding loft - the photos don’t lie!

What a memorable place to stay! David was an extremely helpful host, actually the best we’ve ever had. I would guess this is the coolest place to stay in Johnson City! Any criticisms would be nit-picking. This is a Vrbo you will never forget!!!

Nascar Race

Property was great. Surrounded by plenty restaurants and bars. Parking can be an issue as it gets very busy. Only 20 from Bristol raceway, great drive and location. Downtown Johnson City is very hipster. Was not really my scene, but good to experience.
